My fiance loves this place and I like it as well. The food is good. I like their wings and their pork chop. The egg roles are good, and my fiance likes their spring rolls. My pallet still hasn't adapted to vietnamese food, but there are a few items that I like. The pho is great, and so are some of the other sources that they offer. The service is good, but it varies depending on location. I've never had bad service, but it's not always great service. This location was good. If you like vietnamese food, then I would recommend vietopia.

The best pho in Utah! Love this place! They really take the time to perfect their food. I eat here about once a week, I’m obsessed! Service is amazing, the view is spectacular, and love the atmosphere!

Meh. Asked about allergy info but the server didn't understand the question and didn't get her manager.
Dietary restrictions: Woefully insufficient information and communication.

Im really concerned someone is going to get sick here. First off, the food I got came with dirty silverware and a dirty spoon, and the spring rolls had hair in them. Really grossed me out. Cooks in the back weren’t wearing hats or a hair net either.

I hope this review helps change this. Nobody needs to served what I was given after I ordered house special noodle. It was very bad. I could not eat it. I would have returned it if I lived close.

The gentleman take great care of you. This restaurant offers incredibly fresh food. I was even able to order a small bowl of broth. I appreciate their openness to serve me how I wanted tonight. Their milk teas are refreshing. Not too sweet. Thank you for a nice dinner for 1!!

I came into pick up a Togo order my husband placed and asked me to pick up on the way home. He screen shot the order number and confirmation number and sent it to me. Apon arrival I had to wait a good amount of time before someone would actually come help me. She had extremity short blonde hair and I told her my order name. She picked up the bag and asked me to confirm so I showed her the screen shot my husband sent me with ALL of the the information needed including the order name as his name matching the name in my phone. She absolutely refused to give me the order and demanded he drive the 20 minutes to come show it on the actual app on his phone. We have been long time customers here but that absolutely stops tonight, the horrific customer service I received tonight was beyond anything I have ever experienced. I will make the extra 10-15 minute drive into Sandy to get our Pho from now on. YIKES!
Pick up order to go. Got it home and the kids meatball and brisket was missing the meatballs. The meatballs is the only reason he loves Pho. Both his pho and mine had half a regular portion of noodles. My husband warned that each time we go it gets worse, so he wasn’t amused when his pad Thai barely filled half the box. For what you pay it’s not worth it. Had way too much broth (which tastes good) and little else to fill the bowl. We’re all still hungry. But we have a container of leftover broth for later. :-/

I usually like this place but I went in today and it was subpar. First off there was NO HAND SOAP!! how are the cooks washing their hands? The guy working there said he “was getting soap tomorrow.” Not okay.
Next we order the bahn mi….the bread was crumbly and stale..even after I returned the first one the second one was the same. Barely any meat in it. Also not okay.
Get it together.
Truly a hidden gem of Draper. The food was delicious, the broth was so rich and the ingredients were so fresh. The staff were so friendly and kind and the interior design of the restaurant was just beautiful. I’m surprised this place isn’t more expensive! Will definitely be back for more.

Vietopia consistently has GOOD pho, BUT, it's going down in quality and quantity. My husband and I have been going here for over 2 years because it's one of the best around, but each time we go, we are disappointed. Nobody really understands English, they're quantity is getting smaller while their prices are rising. They have no fish sauce available which, if anyone known anything about pho, is a must in your soup for saltiness and flavor. Their takeout sucks and they continue to get our order wrong but complaining is futile because they don't understand us which is why I'm just writing a review.
Again, good food, bad service and quantity for the price.

Three of us came in for lunch. It took forever for us to get food, and there was only one other table sat in the restaurant. The bowls were all chipped up. The meat is sliced very thick and didn’t get cooked very well in the broth. Basil was wilted, and the bean sprouts were not fresh. Pho wasn’t that good. The atmosphere was cold and had a very loud machine sound.

Having Pho this good within a couple of miles is s blessing. Every time I've come in, I've been treated warmly and promptly.
I get the Pho every time, and I've only been disappointed once.
I went in there tonight and it was 🔥
