Not sure why I received raw bacon on my bfast sandwich. Gross. Had to throw away. It's been like this the last 4 times I've had waffle love. Probably will not return. Atmosphere is sterile and also dusty and dingy at the same time. Service sucks

I used to LOVE waffle love but after this experience it will be LONG time before I go back the waffles were flavorless, limp and just plain gross, they weren’t sweet and fluffy like normal honestly flatter than a pancake. 0/10 will not be going back to this location so terrible and disappointing waste of $35

I’ll preface this by saying I used to love waffle love, however my experiences this location made me question what their standards are for their locations. We started by ordering our food, out of the 3 meals we ordered, we got one of them about 25 minutes before the next one, which we had added a sunnny side up egg on top of (and paid extra for) but didn’t receive. When we brought this up to the staff and asked if we could get the egg, they rudely told us to just wait and rolled their eyes at us. Another 5 minutes pass and they said “What do you want?” Very rudely and when we said we were just waiting on the egg, they again just told us to wait. After we finally received it (it was more scrambled than sunny side up) we still haven’t received our 3rd meal. We waitied as 5 more orders after ours were given out and asked them where it was, and they had the audacity to tell us we didn’t order it and that we were just trying to get free food from them. After I pulled out the receipt and showed them we had paid for it, they again told us off and rolled their eyes.
I’ve never been treated so poorly by the staff at any restaurant I have ever been to.

Food was good, but portions were small for the price paid. Also, waffles were paper thin. It's been years since we bought from them. The first time we got food from them, the waffles were big, fluffy, filling, and worth the money. I wouldn't buy again if this experience is their new norm.
