Great fast food
One of the best Wendy’s in the valley no doubt. The AI drive-through sucks but the people inside are awesome very friendly. I make sure to order ahead on the app to get good deals and points. They’ve even given me free samples.

I don’t do fast food very often but I was out with the kids all day so I decided to go to old faithful Wendy’s. The 1 star has nothing to do with the food. I have never ordered anything with A.I. before and today was a good lesson to never use such garbage tech… I only ordered 3 kids meals no substitutions or special instructions and the thing just erased my order over and over again. After a 4th repeat with no success, an employee that was obviously laughing at how stupid the thing is apologized and took my order in about 5 seconds. Seriously wendy’s… you need to stop hiring young Gen z people to run your PR department. A.I. and siri like apps have no place in a fast food setting. Epic fail. Nobody can beat the breakfast baconator but I’ll find a location that uses humans for service going forward.

AI drive in was super slow and misunderstood me multiple times
The food is good. The people are very nice, but the AI ordering going through drive through is negative stare. I got a combo and it was $21 because it gave me two fry’s and two drinks. No matter what it upsells. If you order it will ask you if you want more. When I shared that the AI - in each occasion I am told that you can ask for a person. Cool. I literally consider other options when I feel like a burger.

I went in specifically for a promotional item (Boo Bag) that was to start selling that day. The cashier rang it up without any question. When the order was delivered, it didn't include all the items that should be included (specifically, the bag and the toy.) We questioned the worker (shift leader, I think), and she said the boo bag wasn't starting until next week. She was rude, and didn't even try to resolve the issue. She seemed to blame me for the problem. ("How did you even order that anyway?") She made no apology, no attempt to fill the order correctly, and no offer to refund the price difference.

The Krabby Patty burger was pink on the inside. Like, unhealthily pink. The drinks were okay though.

Usually fast and good but this time there was a Fly in my (old-tasting) salad!! ? nobody answered the phone when I called about it.
Waited there for 5mins to try and order in the done in area. I wanted tk custom something their tablets wouldn't. However I was approached by a lady in gray (manager) asked her to assist she stated yes one second. Waited another 3mins to just walk out.. I get you got a busy drive thru, but not all 8 people on duty needs to focus on drive thru.
This has to be the worst wendy's I've ever had. The chicken had that really weird tough chewy texture that chicken sometimes has that makes it inedible. Basically the whole chicken sandwhich was like that. Then the fries were so oversalted they weren't edible either. Very expensive and horrible, couldn't eat either

The worst customer service OF ALL TIME. I ordered a semi-small meal and beat the rush of a lot of people. There was probably a 30-minute period of me waiting for my food and 14 people getting their food that ordered after me, but it’s supposed to be FAST FOOD, right?!? I’m so disappointed and furious that I wasted my time and money here. How is it possible for a fast food place to be so unbelievably slow and disorganized? I could have cooked something myself in less time! If you can't handle the volume or keep track of orders, then maybe you shouldn't be in business. Absolutely unacceptable. I'll never be coming back to this Wendy’s in Draper, and I hope others heed this warning and save themselves the frustration.
