Juicy, big, crispy wings with tasty sauce served with great service. Will be back!
They wouldn't take my app coupon. I pay $50 a year for this app. - She finally admitted that Wing nutz in general is going out of business.
They were a bit understaffed, but damn that waitress/bartender was so on it! It never felt like we were waiting too long.
Well my very first time at wingnuts and very last time there due to your workers that want to get paid, just don’t want to work for it. So to start out, the website said closes at 11:00, but that depends on if the teens in the back have a hot date goin down after work, which means that they really close at 10:30 and not a minute later. I walked in and the front of the house lady threw her head back and ran to the back to tell the boys they needed to do there jobs and cook some food, as if I inconvenienced their soon to be engagements. After that me and my wife were asked if we planned on eating and my reply was yes that was the plan when coming to a restaurant. At this time she asked the boys if they had it in them to drop some wings in the deep fryer, to which there loud replies from the back was NO for some reason since they close at 11:00. I felt like I was messing up their plans and they must been overworked that day, so I decided I didn’t want spit with my meal and the old bottom of the basket that’s been over the heat lamp all day. We decided to hit the canes which was very happy to make me fresh chicken with a smile and didn’t get mad they had to do their jobs. So to cap this off, I give canes a five star in all areas, and never eating at wing nuts still and definitely not interested to ever. Thanks for the hospitality.
Tanner is a superstar! Her work ethics, attention to detail, and her inviting and genuine smile keep me coming back! Peirce is also a great bartender and waiter! Unfortunately when I come in and see Journey I want to turn around and leave. Last time I came in I waited at the bar for 15 minutes and almost left. Then Journey came around the corner. Instantly I knew I was gonna have bad service until Tanner showed up. Then another employee came in clocked in then just sat down with her friends. Weird. I really hope the owner knows what a valuable employee Tanner and Peirce are.
Customer service sucks. Called in and placed and order and had a mandatory 18% gratuity. Asked to speak to the owner or manager and they wouldn’t give me a way to contact them. Never ordering from here again!!
Been a fan of wingnutz for many years. Decided to get some and watch some football. It did not provide any flavor or happiness. Chips were soggy and undercooked, the boneless chicken wings were chewy and the sauce seemed to be unable to stick to the chicken. Thank goodness for to go boxes and an airfryer. Don't think I will order wings from here again.
So delicious
Food was great but to my surprise I had a 18% mandatory tip added to my to go order. I wasn't given a warning when I placed my order, it was just added to my bill. When I asked about it, I was told it was mandatory when a order reached a certain amount. My order was $54. I always tip no matter what, but to add a tip without letting me know is shady! Reply 👇- No need to refund me the amount. I understand you have a charge to cover the costs and I don't mind paying that but I do believe it should be disclosed on your website or over the phone so your customers aren't surprised when we get the bill. I also feel terrible that I didn't add a tip since I was believing this was a tip. Thanks for your response. The food is awesome!
Went there and the place was definitely understaffed. We stood at the front door not knowing if we should seat ourselves for five minutes without a single person acknowledging us. Finally another table told us we could just seat ourselves. It took 45 minutes to get our food for two people. When we finally did get it, the wings were rubbery and the sauce was in a puddle underneath the wings not on the wings. The bartender made me quite possibly the worst drink I’ve ever had. And all that cost $50! At one point, I saw our server sitting at one of the empty tables in the restaurant on his phone while the other server ran food back and forth to every table. Definitely will not be back.

.....well not much to say when I got home and looked inside my box of what looked like half eaten??? Maybe half a potato......guess that's 2 servings now a days ......or just don't look to them to get you a decent meal......I'm so hungry😢
Such a fun sports bar hiding in plain spot right in Draper. It’s pretty unassuming from outside and the name gives off the thought it might just be sings but it’s so much more. We came for a late dinner and to hopefully watch a game. While wings are on the menu we opted for a half order of their nachos with shredded pork added and a chicken quesadilla to share. While my som opted for the wings. Of course someone had to try them. Thank goodness we ordered the half order after listening to our waitress explain how massive the full order is. She was definitely right because with two of us eating them and a quesadilla we couldn’t finish. The nachos were phenomenal and definitely packed a punch with the diced jalapeño. Plenty of meat, beans and cheese. Our quesadilla was toasted well and good flavor, my son liked his wings, but said they weren’t his favorite. He left a few uneaten. We also tried some pickle chips, but unfortunately were not a fan. They didn’t really have any flavor and weren’t seasoned well. The vibe was on point and service even better. There seemed to be many locals known by name and meeting up with friends. I love to see that. Our server was wonderful and had someone shadowing her who was equally great. While we weren’t local to the place we felt very welcome.
Honestly disappointed. Ordered the bone-in wings. The wings themselves were terrible and bland. The sauces were decent. Wanted a couple more celery sticks but was only allowed to order s whole second plate of veggies. Not a huge deal but a little penny pinchy I thought. We also ordered the chocolate cake. The cake was hard and dry. Terrible. I don't know if tonight was just a slip up or not but tonight was a serious miss for customer experience.
The waitress took the cake off the check which I appreciated. Wingnutz has no business charging money for something like that.
Gave her a tip for resolving the issue effectively.
Our go-to-place to meet up with friends, when we're in town.

We have loved going to WingNutz through the years but sadly won’t be returning. Our food took a very long time to come out but when it did a waitress took our wings to another table. 10 minutes later she came back to that table and they said these aren’t our wings. She returned the wings to the kitchen window and our waitress had a conversation with her, took those wings from her and brought them to us. My husband told her I can’t take those wings because they were taken to a different table 10 minutes ago. She told him well they never touched them and he said I don’t care, I have no idea if they really touched them. She then stormed off. She came back and he said I’ll just cancel my wings and she said good idea because the kitchen is behind and it will be another 30 minutes to get wings. She did come back later and apologized and I wasn’t planning on writing a review BUT 4 of our party was up in the night with food poisoning. Honestly if she would have said I’m sorry your wings were taken to another table and they said they didn’t touch them. Do you still want these wings or I can put another order in.. my husband would have just taken the original wings. It was the way it went about all while we watched which was annoying. Another couple in our groups food was also taken to another table and they ended up leaving because we waited so long to begin with. Between all of that and the coincidence that 4 of us were up in the night with vomitting and diarrhea we won’t ever go back.
