We have loved going to WingNutz through the years but sadly won’t be returning. Our food took a very long time to come out but when it did a waitress took our wings to another table. 10 minutes later she came back to that table and they said these aren’t our wings. She returned the wings to the kitchen window and our waitress had a conversation with her, took those wings from her and brought them to us. My husband told her I can’t take those wings because they were taken to a different table 10 minutes ago. She told him well they never touched them and he said I don’t care, I have no idea if they really touched them. She then stormed off. She came back and he said I’ll just cancel my wings and she said good idea because the kitchen is behind and it will be another 30 minutes to get wings. She did come back later and apologized and I wasn’t planning on writing a review BUT 4 of our party was up in the night with food poisoning. Honestly if she would have said I’m sorry your wings were taken to another table and they said they didn’t touch them. Do you still want these wings or I can put another order in.. my husband would have just taken the original wings. It was the way it went about all while we watched which was annoying. Another couple in our groups food was also taken to another table and they ended up leaving because we waited so long to begin with. Between all of that and the coincidence that 4 of us were up in the night with vomitting and diarrhea we won’t ever go back.
We got a chicken sandwich and some wings, macaroni and cheese and chips. It was all really good. Server was friendly and efficient.

It was ok. Nothing to write home about. I'm not sure what it was about my experience that I didn't like. I'll probably go back though. The macaroni and cheese was super good.

Awful experience. The second we walked in. Nobody greeted us.. that’s fine. Menus were sticky and gross… again, not a huge deal but just setting the tone.
Time to order.. I’m celiac.. tried to ask what GF options were. She didn’t know. Asked a chef.. chef literally handed her the bottle of dry rub “tell them to read it cause I don’t know” - pretty concerning considering it was the chef who should know about one of the top 8 allergens. It’s unfortunate how downhill this once thriving place used to be has gone.
We ended up leaving without ordering are currently a really yummy dinner next door at Goodwood

Went in with some friends early afternoon on a Saturday. The atmosphere is great in the palce and they had a variety of games on for watching. The service we received felt like it could have been better for how slow the place was at the time. The food took a little bit to cone out once ordered, but it was good and correct. Ordered a few drinks off the provided menu, and the waitress taking the order, came back after a bit and was unsure of how to make a fairly simple drink (moscow mule). The end result of the dri k was alright, but nothing amazing. Overall, I'd give them a second chance assuming this is not normal service for there.

Family atmosphere, friendly staff, I really like going on Wednesdays because they play bingo.
Parking: In front of the business and around it
Kid-friendliness: It is suitable for children, especially on Wednesdays
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, it is wheelchair accessible although the place is not very big.

Steer clear of this place. They overcharged us and manger at time said she could process the refund and that she talked to her boss and refund would be there in 10 minutes. Haven’t heard from her since. They took up our time and we will never go back to wing nutz. We use to be a fan and they have gone to worse to horrible with their management.

Terrible service. Wings terrible. Been going here for years and the service and wings are getting worse. Overcharged! The server was going to have the manager refund services that were not ordered and the wings the cook messed up on. The server did not know how to refund services since my card was charged. They didn’t bring me back an itemized receipt and something told me to get one, and I’m glad I did because I was charged for items I told were going to be taken off. We told our host two times how we wanted the wings baked and she even agreed and repeated back how the wings were supposed to come out. This has happened the last couple of times.
I never received a call back or refund. I also called back two days later and I was told I would get a callback and still have not gotten any follow-up! We won’t be going back here again.

I went here the the other night on the recommendation of my hotel staff and I regret it. I don't normally leave bad reviews on my first visit to places. i like to give everyone a second chance, but this place I will NEVER GO BACK. First off, the service was pretty mixed during my visit, and I can say that the staff could use some work on their customer service skills. EX I asked Luari a question about an item on the menu she was short with me basically told me to order the item if I wanted to find out about it. I also observed her being short with other customers as well. The other servicer London was nice and tried to help but was not very knowledgeable about the menu and shedid a disappearing act at one point and I waited for about 30 minutes to pay my bill after eating.
Next off the food was terrible during my visit. I ordered the ultimate Mac and Cheese, and it was cold throughout the majority of the bowl and tasted/felt like they tried to warm it up in a microwave. I also ordered some wings, and to say that they were some of the worst wings I have eaten in my life could be an understatement. The wings were super chewy and barely edible.

We love coming here for karaoke on Fridays! Tetra is amazing, and the wait staff treats us like family! Try the Cajun twist dry rub on the wings, and have parmesan curry on the side to dip! You will NOT be disappointed! The chips and salsa are also so so good!

Was a great experience. I really love Wing Nutz, I’m a long time customer. But recently some bad experience with some stores closing, then the Sandy location sending us away at 9 pm on a Thursday saying they were closing early for the holiday weekend……. Thursday. Tonight in Draper the chicken is so juicy. I love the guiltless tenders. Nothing compares to Wing Nutz. The service at this location was really good. London and Kristi were very attentive. We appreciate the service we received. Seems like they really care about their product and customers. Hope other locations take notice. We drove 30 minutes to eat at this establishment. ?

We used to love this place, but just had a horrible experience here, and the one before it wasn’t much better. By the time we walked in the door and got our food it was over an hour. Our waiter never came, but another server ended up helping us, and the waiter who should have helped us was wearing a T-shirt making fun of the predominate religion in the area. I get no dress code, but maybe not allowing servers to wear apparel offending customers while working might be a good idea. They then messed up the order, but we couldn’t get anyone to come fix it, so ended up eating it. Used to go once a month, but the last 2 visits have soured us. It will be a while if we ever go back.
