Edit: responded by beans and brew to reach out to their feedback link so I did. Never heard back from them again. Service is still horrible, and so is their menu. Should honestly go bankrupt to replace with better coffee or store.

I’ve given this place a try multiple times and have always been let down with miserable coffee. This last attempt was a cold brew with an English toffee cold foam top. The barista failed multiple attempts at making cold foam until someone else came to make my drink. During my wait, six guests came and left with their drinks. After maybe 5 min; when I arrived home—I find my drink with no foam left and zero taste of English toffee 😂😂 sadly I don’t think I’ll ever return to a beans and brew. Mid tier coffee with terrible experiences and terrible craftsmanship. Save yourself the money and buy a canned coffee instead

It’s 7:30 pm, it says their hours are 8:00 pm we ask if we can order and she says it’s closed. WTH

Wasn’t great. Could have had more flavor. The girl at the counter didn’t seem focused.

We don’t go to Beans and Brews very often but we decided to stop by today and had a horrible experience. We ordered a matcha frappe and a cookie monster frappe. The matcha was good but the cookie monster was super watery and separated. I know some separation is expected but this is on a whole different level, this is supposed to be a blended drink. I asked to get a refund and instead the barista insisted that they remade it and had the other one remake it. I was fine with this but the whole time they were both were talking about how they didn’t want to be there and just wanted to go home and sleep. I know rushes can be hard to work through but talking like that in front of people when a drink was made incorrectly is crazy. The remade drink was just as rough. We’ve had the cookie monster frappe before and it’s never looked this. We won’t be coming back.

Gross tasting coffee. I don't know if it was really old, burned or microwaved. I threw it out after one sip. Their hot coffee is only slightly warmer than room temperature. This is typical of any location for the past few years and not isolation in one location. I will only go into a Beans & Brews if there is no other option in the area. It's rare I will visit any more. If you time it right, you could get a good coffee. Try during their busy hours. Otherwise, find another place if you can. Gas stations are likely to be better quality. Staff was very nice though.

I’m Obsessed! My sister and I visit every day for our morning coffee and we are always greeted with our favorite barista Epri, she is so fun to talk to, gives great service and makes us amazing drinks that we look forward to everyday but not only do we look forward to our drinks but we most of all look forward for our fun barista who seriously deserves a pay raise!

Went there with my wife and son. Latinos. And she ignored us because we were talking spanish, we left and a black guy came in, while we were in the car gettingready to leave we saw the same attitude she just turned around and did not cater to him either. No excuses no nothing. Name tag was hidden but this was at around noon on Saturday jun 29. Its 2024 , no excuses for racism or segregation.

The people working today were kinda rude and did not know what they were doing. They took our order wrong and the iced coffee they gave us was hot. They took forever too take our order and give us our food as well. Will not be

Epri is amazing! Great customer service.

I frequent this location on a semi basis it has a high employee turn around but have always prepared my order mostly the same some are confused as to what i order so i explain exactly what i need as it not an menu specific item. My only complaint is it is by front doors and Macys doors doesn't have tje air bug and fly deterrent so lots of flys

I’ve tried this place a few times and each time is a very poor experience. Bad management, poor service, and the drinks never taste good. I’ll be spending my money for coffee elsewhere.

I've came here alot since I moved to eagle mountain and half the time no one is here to open in the morning. Today I waited 30 mins past the stated open time. PLEASE GET PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY SHOW UP FOR WORK!!

Got first two cups of coffee and had to bring them back because they didn't taste like there was any coffee in the cups. Got 2 replacement cups and they were the same. I don't think I will buy from here again.
