I love this location inside Ridley's I come here every Saturday and Sunday morning. I order my drinks online then pick up about 25 min later and sometimes I'm still waiting. Does management realize the 1 employee who works gets bombarded EVERY Saturday and Sunday morning? You need more staff!!! The girl today was great but it's every single weekend! Please staff more early on the weekends please.

More often than not when I come here, they have one person working behind the counter trying to help multiple customers at once. Naturally, the service is slow. Hire more people, or you’re going to lose customers. It shouldn’t take 15-20 minutes to make an iced coffee.

If you are going to have a cut off time for certain drinks an hour before you even close then maybe that should be advertised.

I online ordered two custom frappes and my sister ordered two drinks, croissants and a grilled cheese. They completely forgot one grilled cheese. Barely filled both her drink cups, took 25 minutes to complete our orders. I’m more upset about mine. She kept apologizing and I was nice I told her it was fine and she took her time and when I got my drinks they tasted like watered down milk with strait caramel and the other one tasted like straight espresso which is nothing close to what we had ordered. I want a refund. I didn’t spend 20$ for some ice in a cup with a pump of caramel.

I live right around the corner. I used to come to this establishment quite frequently until they lost the title of Starbucks. I had a horrendous encounter with the new manager of this location. If I can recall her name is Chelsea. She has the worst attitude towards her crew members. I wouldn’t even talk to my dog like the way she does to the employees. Her demeanor and customer service needs a lot of help. And on top of that the food lacked flavor. The iced vanilla latte was acidic and watered down. I will make it a point to drive further out of my way to go to the Saratoga stand alone Starbucks. At least the manager there has a better attitude….

I’ve been to many different beans and brews locations, but it was my first time here at this location today and I had a good experience here! It’s more of a to-go vibe as there’s limited seating, but it’s a great spot to grab some coffee and a bite to eat. Definitely recommend if you’re in the area!

Very disappointed with my visit today. I ordered an iced green tea, the girl who was helping us let us know that they were not Starbucks.We felt like she was trying to talk us out of getting the drink due to having to brew the green tea. I get that drink at beans all the time with zero problems. She made her self a drink and walked out to the parking lot. Not sure what that was all about.
