Chipotle Mexican Grill

I was discriminated against for wearing a presidential hoodie. 2 employees wouldn't even look in my direction. 1 specifically said they wouldn't cook the fajita veggies for my meal.

Thankfully, there was a third employee who was very kind and polite who served me.

One star because of discrimination

I have given this chipotle three chances and all three chances have been the worst!!! The portions are super small, the service is mediocre, out of ingredients constantly, and the place in general is dirty. CHIPOTLE should seriously close this location.
Orders take forever, they are constantly short staffed, and the employees are completely clueless. The management does not care about the customer or the employees.
Save yourself the time and money and just go to Saratoga.

It takes a shockingly long time to get food here.

More importantly the past year, every time I eat here ir any chipotle I get sick. I’ve tried different orders as well, also happens to my wife who gets something completely different.

I think quality went way down hill with the CEO changes? This used to be a good healthy go to even though it’s expensive.

This place is awful! the food looks old and crusty the queso had this thick layer over-the-top of it. I would not recommend eating here! The food safety and quality is scary.

I eat here all the time and I am so impressed with this location! I have a gluten allergy (celiac) and every time I go in the staff is so awesome to accommodate to that allergy. The food is always so fresh and good. I love that I have a place that I can eat that’s local! Highly recommend!

This location is always accurate with our order. Except for today. We ordered LRG chips & queso with our order. We got all the way home, and they forgot the chips. We got the queso though.

Second time I’ve come by around 9pm on a weekend and it’s the same story,almost nothing left to order. Beans were dry and no steak again, and the options were super limited. Not cool if the place is still open.

Terrible location. Just moved to the area and been here twice. Both times it took FOREVER to get my food. Once I got it the food it was cold... Won't be back.
