Horrible service
This location is always accurate with our order. Except for today. We ordered LRG chips & queso with our order. We got all the way home, and they forgot the chips. We got the queso though.

Second time I’ve come by around 9pm on a weekend and it’s the same story,almost nothing left to order. Beans were dry and no steak again, and the options were super limited. Not cool if the place is still open.

If you're looking to walk away hungry this is the place for you. If you're trying to lose weight but still want to fork out 11$ for a burrito this is the place for you.
Out of chips and guacamole 2 hours before close, had to call 1-800-chipotle for a refund which they just gave me the coupon for chips and guacamole that I have to use in the next 30 days.

Worse chipotle ever! The food is cold unless you go during lunch rush & the service is worse than the stale tasting food.
So bummed. I’ve tried eating here a few times and each has been not good.
I ordered food through the app/chipotle lane this evening..
The portion sizes were so lame! Is it because, I’m not actually in there ordering?! In addition, I had three add ins missing. Really lame to not get what you ordered and paid for. It’s worth going all the way down to Saratoga.
