Chipotle Mexican Grill

I absolutely LOVE this Chipotle! The staff is kind, cheerful, and friendly! The food is AMAZING! And the restaurant itself is clean and tidy! I'll definitely be back ♥️!

It's been a while since I had chipotle but this was the best chipotle ever, the lady who was taking my order was quick. I was out of the door in like 3 minutes. I got a chicken bowl and it was so good. The chicken was grilled perfectly and the portion was great.

There have been a couple times recently where we have gone into the restaurant and they have been short staffed. The staff was doing the best they could, but they cannot serve gluten free safely when they are understaffed

I have given this chipotle three chances and all three chances have been the worst!!! The portions are super small, the service is mediocre, out of ingredients constantly, and the place in general is dirty. CHIPOTLE should seriously close this location.
Orders take forever, they are constantly short staffed, and the employees are completely clueless. The management does not care about the customer or the employees.
Save yourself the time and money and just go to Saratoga.

1 star is being generous. This location is always super slow, beyond skippy portions and lacking in customer service skills. It does not take much to be honest when you can't fill an order but to leave people waiting for a long time is not acceptable. If this location cannot have the proper staff, it should close. Might as well drive to Saratoga where the service and food is better quality.

Chipotle becomes very expensive place.

This location is really fumbling the bag. Service is not good. I put in a mobile order and got to the restaurant 2 minutes after the order was projected to be ready. Waited in the drive through for 5 minutes without even seeing an employee so I went inside to pick it up. Waited another couple minutes for the employee working the line to finish another order. There were 3 other employees in the store. 2 sitting at tables and 1 prepping ingredients. Turns out my order hadn’t been started, and they were out of the protein I order so I had to select a different option.

In general, what should be a sure thing in such a popular franchise is being mishandled. Not sure if a change in management, or just renewed commitment to basic customer service is in order, but I’m really hoping they can turn it around. I love,Chipotle, And would be sad to see this location fail.

This chipotle is by far the cleanest one I’ve ever been to. The staff is extremely friendly and the food is phenomenal. I highly recommend this chipotle over any other one in Utah county, it’s definitely worth the drive to city center!

They never have anything here in this store barely any meat or anything it’s ridiculous and there’s usually 1 person doing all the work while I have seen people in the corner of the back standing around.

Food was great and fresh, the staff were really nice and helpful!

Vegetarian options: It’s chipotle! You can get good vegetarian food

Dietary restrictions: You can easily pick what you don’t want in your bowl!

Kid-friendliness: Staff were amazing!

Best chipotle I’ve been too! 10/10 food & staff today!

Chipotle has always been one of my favorite places. I waited for years for them to come to eagle mountain. This location is just awful though. If they even have items prepped they look and taste like yesterday’s leftovers. It was great the first couple of weeks open but continues to go down hill. It’ll be a while before I give this location another shot but please fix it so I don’t have to drive to Saratoga…

The workers are so so nice- but the night shift needs some help. We have come multiple times and they've been out of black beans. And sometimes meats. They need to prepare a bit better for the night rush so the workers aren't so stressed and overwhelmed. Whether it's better training or more workers

Chipotle is an absolute ripoff for the price. Not to mention, every time I get a burrito, they put about 0.5 ounces of meat on it. I understand that Chipotle is different than your typical Mexican restaurant that fills the entire burrito with 90% meat, but here I can’t even taste it. I expect much more for how much I pay. I won’t come back to this location again.

Honestly I’ve not been to chipotle in 10+ years and expected more from a newer location. The lady that put my salad together, bless her heart, she was kind. The food was not that good. Got home and I was missing the salad dressing, I went back and upon request for the dressing, I informed the other lady that the chicken was extremely burnt tasting. Like all you could taste was burnt chicken, she just looked at me and handed me the dressing and proceeded to walk away. No acknowledgment of the burnt chicken just more of an “oh well” kind of attitude. The burnt taste took over the rest of the salad and I ended up wasting money on it. Very disappointed.
