Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

This has to be the world's worst DQ. Tonight I sat in the drive through line for 30 mins and didn't move forward at all. Finally, we called it and went somewhere else. Don't waste your time with this location, go to city center instead.

I wouldn’t even leave a star. Kids and I just went through the drive through in Eagle Mountain, UT. The guy taking out order kept ignoring my order and kept laughing and talking to co-worker. After we finally got the order in, it took 23 minutes for someone to come take payment and hand us food. Once we got home to eat, food was stale and cold. Kids couldn’t even bite into the fries or chicken strips. To top it off the sprite was flat. So all around horrible experience!! We don’t go out often and what a disappointment all around.

I don't usually like to give bad reviews, but I am giving this review in hopes that someone may change how things are ran in this Dairy Queen (or close it and put an ice cream place in). Throughout the last two years,
I have come several times for a blizzard. 8 out of 10 times the drive through light has been off by 7pm, we sat in the drive through 20 to 30 minutes on average, and the blizzard is melted. Forget the Dairy Queen standard of turning it upside down before serving, it would have slopped out of the cup. I will not return to this Dairy Queen. They have cured me of my Blizzard addiction.

Terrible experience tonight. Waited in the drive through for an hour before getting served. This picture is one that I took of the monitor inside the drive through window showing the time it took for cars to get through. Keep in mind this is the time AFTER ordering. So the time from the menu to the window. Not the time just waiting in line to get to the menu. We had considered leaving long before, but we only stayed because we already paid in an online order. Wasted time, and the ice cream came out halfway melted. By the time we got to the window they asked us 2 separate times what we had ordered. Terrible service, terrible experience. Won’t return.

Very unimpressed. Waited for 20 minutes with only 1 other car in line and asked specifically for extra fry sauce with my chicken baskets and received 1 with each.

This is the most consistently slow and subpar fast food place I've ever been. It's close to my house so I unfortunately end up going here every few weeks and I virtually never end up waiting less than 15 minutes even when there's nobody else in line.

Very understaffed 25 minutes for a kids sized cone and a small shake that ended up coming out looking crappy would have been quicker just to run to Walmart and get a whole carton of ice cream atp nothing but people waiting around half an hour for simple orders no one looking happy looks more like we all regretted ordering anything at all when I worked at restaurants that made way better ice cream and shakes than this we got it all out within 2-3 minutes how does it take half an hour for a few people I’d hate to see what a rush looks like

They need to hire more people, no manager in sight , only 15 year olds working there. I understand how it’s crowded and must be annoying but build a bigger team with adults.

Took them like 35 minutes for our food and my partners shake was all melted and this other lady was there even longer and was stressed out

While the drive thru staff are not taking your order it isn't because they are busy, it's because they are throwing sauces around the kitchen. Witnessed first hand 10/2/24 @7:58 pm. Two cars have not ordered and there is zero effort by staff to be efficient or proactive. Currently at 17 min wait. People are now leaving.

We’ve been stuck in the drive though for 20 minutes as the 2nd car. The window hasn’t opened for the car in front of us for 15 minutes.
Edit: 3 cars ended up backing out of the drive-through because no staff would come to the window. Not coming back here!
