Everyone was nice but so slow. I waited about 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me, then a few more minutes before they took my order. Then a 20 minute wait for said order (nothing huge just a burger combo and a burger). I ordered a single patty burger with lettuce added. I got a burger with only lettuce and a sad amount of french fries on the side (pictured exactly as removed from the bag). And in the meantime my frozen groceries melted.

I came to get food with my partner and besides the dairy Queen being inside a ridleys the food is good, the cashier was super nice, but it was REALLY unsanitary. The man at the register had some sort of cooking grease (?) on his hands and was serving food, handing out napkins, and giving people receipts with out washing his hands. I find this disgusting as someone who works at a food truck where we stride to keep our surroundings and ourselves clean while serving customers, this experience made both me and my partner uncomfortable because neither of us
knew what this mysterious grease actually is. It only makes me question how unsanitary this location actually is and if I should come back.

When I went today the cheese curds were done like i asked they did wear gloves this time but the shake it was runny needless to say this will be most likely the last time we go to these fast food restaurants both girls were on their phone and I still have not received my refund from two months ago when the cheese curds were cold

Made us wait for 30 mins with one person in front of us before they were even helped then once we got to order they told us we had to wait again. Don’t use the drive through

It seems this location will always struggle with time.

I gave them the benefit of the doubt, and came back 8 months later, and my wait time was still 5x longer than any other fast food experience.

It may actually be quicker to drive to Eagle Mtn City Center and order at DQ.

Do not order here unless you have 30 minutes to spend. The food is not even worth the price regardless.

I placed a mobile order on the app and accidentally sent it to the wrong store. I understand that it is my fault that I didn't check the location before placing the order. Once I realized my mistake I was already 30 minutes away from this store. So I tried calling the store to come up with a solution but got no answer every time I called. I am very disappointed that I was not able to contact the store to be able to come up with a solution.

The worst experience ever! We waited over 40 minutes in drive thru. By the time they gave us our orders, our blizzards were melted. I went inside to see what the heck was going on to find only 3 employees. Only 2 were working while 1 was on her phone watching videos, the whole time I was standing and watching. The manager needs to train those people again or hire better employees because that was ridiculous. People! Don’t go there because you will be waiting for a long time to order food and actually get it.

Ordered a chocolate dipped large cone on the app. Went to the drive thru. Told them I had a mobile order, so they said to pull up to the window. 3 other vehicles were ahead of me. It took them 15 minutes to take care of them. Then, when I pulled up to the window, no one literally acknowledged me. I rolled my window and kept trying to get workers’ attention but the teenage boy kept making food, a teenage girl walked by the window after 10 minutes of me sitting at the window with no one coming to tell me what was going on. After 15 minutes of that, I finally decided to just press my car horn in non-stop to see how long it would take them to come to the window. I timed them with my timer, and after 1 minutes 15 seconds of continuous horn honking pressed in non-stop, finally an Indian looking manager came to the window and asked how he could help me. I said, “I am here for my mobile order for Derek Lentz. It is just a large chocolate dipped cone. Why has no one been helping me or at least letting me know what is going on?” He ignored my complaint and questions and said, “I will get that for you.” Meanwhile, there were 3 cars in line behind that had been still waiting to even place their drive thru order. So basically, the whole team had ignored the drive thru for 15 minutes straight! I bet the vehicles behind me were shocked to see that all I was waiting 15 minutes for was a large chocolate dipped cone. Definitely, the worst food establishment and drive thru I have ever been to! The manager should be fired and his team should be trained on customer service! If I was the owner I would be appalled to find out how terrible this business s being run!

This has to be the world's worst DQ. Tonight I sat in the drive through line for 30 mins and didn't move forward at all. Finally, we called it and went somewhere else. Don't waste your time with this location, go to city center instead.

I wouldn’t even leave a star. Kids and I just went through the drive through in Eagle Mountain, UT. The guy taking out order kept ignoring my order and kept laughing and talking to co-worker. After we finally got the order in, it took 23 minutes for someone to come take payment and hand us food. Once we got home to eat, food was stale and cold. Kids couldn’t even bite into the fries or chicken strips. To top it off the sprite was flat. So all around horrible experience!! We don’t go out often and what a disappointment all around.

I don't usually like to give bad reviews, but I am giving this review in hopes that someone may change how things are ran in this Dairy Queen (or close it and put an ice cream place in). Throughout the last two years,
I have come several times for a blizzard. 8 out of 10 times the drive through light has been off by 7pm, we sat in the drive through 20 to 30 minutes on average, and the blizzard is melted. Forget the Dairy Queen standard of turning it upside down before serving, it would have slopped out of the cup. I will not return to this Dairy Queen. They have cured me of my Blizzard addiction.
