No sauces. Whyyyyyyy does this always happen at this location? I get home to dry chicken strips and nothing for onion rings.
And, it was hard to look at the teeny-bopper working at the drive up window. She had extreme makeup like clown paint and a bunch of metal jewelry in her face. It was uncomfortable and distracting.

This location is generally decent , but Iâve had quite a few mobile orders that ended up being wrong. Today was the cherry on top with yet another blizzard that was missing an extra topping and then in quite the unlikely scenario my wifeâs blizzard had a shard of glass mixed in, fortunately I was the one who found it as she didnât want to finish it and as I bit down towards the last couple bites I just about broke a tooth on it.

Got three ice creams that tasted like spoiled milk. Called the store after to see if I could get my money back even though i used cash and a starving student bogo card and they told us to come on in (we called the same number again to CONFIRM we had called the correct store) all for the manager to tell us, no, we were wrong, and had never called. Took forever for her to finally help us out, and offered to remake, and when I told her I just wanted my 6 dollars back she complained over the headset while she worked to get my cash out of the till. And they didnât even worry about the quality of the ice cream, since they asked us to step aside so they could take another ice cream order RIGHT AFTER i told them their ice cream tasted rotten. Love whoever answered the phone, but the manager was sooo rude and it took me ten minutes to get back 6 dollars and lose a bogo. They acted like they were being so put out over 6 dollars, when it wasnât them who took the money out of their budget to take their sisters out for a treat.
Well if you want shitty service come to DQ in Eagle mountain there are people talking in the back theyâll acknowledge you but wonât at least tell you âIâll be with you in a minute sir/maamâ extremely rude the service sucks and the punk kids just give you a dirty look. Do not recommend.

I was standing in line with this other lady who was waiting longer than I was for almost 30 minutes waiting for them to take my order when they were literally just standing around doing nothing. & The milkshake that I had ordered was already melted by the time I got it. Ridiculous.

Service has gotten EXTREMELY slow. Sat in the drive thru line for 15 minutes with just one car in front of me before getting to the speaker. Was then told theyâd be with me and waited yet ANOTHER 15 minutes just for them to get back to me on the speaker for me to order a cone. Took another 10 minutes waiting for them at the window. Absolutely ridiculous to spend almost an hour in a freaking drive thru.

Employee JACOB decided to talk to me like an imbusil since the drive through speaker didn't work.
We were just trying to grab some food on our way to the emergency room. Jacob was extremely rude so we just went to McDonald's instead.

Do not go here. I work about a mile away, and have been to this location multiple times. Every single time I have waited in the drive through with no other cars for up to 20 minutes to order and get to the window. They take my card and then take another 5 mins to bring me my food. I understand that there one or 2 people working, but when I've ordered inside my food has sat under the heating lamp for again 10 ish minutes.
Wrong orders on top of wrong orders. And they never ever give you fry sauce unless you specifically request after you have received your food.
