Employee JACOB decided to talk to me like an imbusil since the drive through speaker didn't work.
We were just trying to grab some food on our way to the emergency room. Jacob was extremely rude so we just went to McDonald's instead.

Do not go here. I work about a mile away, and have been to this location multiple times. Every single time I have waited in the drive through with no other cars for up to 20 minutes to order and get to the window. They take my card and then take another 5 mins to bring me my food. I understand that there one or 2 people working, but when I've ordered inside my food has sat under the heating lamp for again 10 ish minutes.
Wrong orders on top of wrong orders. And they never ever give you fry sauce unless you specifically request after you have received your food.

Horrible, horrible customer service. You’ll wait forever inside and in the drive thru to order and get your food. Even if you’re the only one inside, you’ll wait for 20 minutes before someone notices you standing 10 feet away. Most of the employees I’ve spoken to are also so unfriendly. Also, I think my order has been messed up every single time I’ve made a mobile order. This last time, I got the wrong sized drink (when I paid for a large), and I got a completely different blizzard flavor than what I asked for. I keep trying to give them another chance, but it’s disappointing every time. I’ll keep trying though. Please improve!! We love Dairy Queen 🥲

I had the pleasure of stopping in here tonight and your employee Samantha was such a gem!
I had been waiting for my food for 10 minutes, yes 10 minutes according to YOUR order screen in the store. A few minutes prior she had called back she needed more fries as she bagged up the remaining items of my oder. Only 1 fry was not ready. , when she came up the other girl with long black hair (also not properly tied back every 6 inches per food permit standards) dropped more fries in the oil. I asked if I needed to wait for the fries to finish cooking; she stated unfortunately yes. At this point Im baffled, I told her well then unfortunately you can give me a refund because the rest of my food had been sitting in the window 10 minutes and I didn't want part of my food hot while most of it was cold.
At this point Samantha became absolutely rude and condescending 'Oh im sorry were busy" - While I waited in this 10 minutes I seen her make 2 shakes - the other order (after mine was still sitting on the screen in yellow). I told her there is 3 of you there is no reason for this. She kept going, I have in all the time I have lived out here and gone to this location endured such a condescending attitude over wanting ALL of my food hot.
I ordered 2 kids meal one a cheeseburger with fries and a soda cone in a cup, the other was a 2 piece chicken strip with fries, milk, and a cone in a cup. I didn't have a large order or anything unreasonably large.
If I had went through the drive through I wouldnt have waited ten minutes and got half cold food so this shouldn't be the expectation in store either! The worst part was Samanthas attitude, there was no reason or excuse for such a nasty attitude towards a customer!

Ordered a “chili cheese dog” and I got a hotdog with mustard. All the food was cold and tased very bad. Definitely will not be returning, ended up throwing it all away it was so bad

Blizzard or milkshake? They made and let it sit there while I waited for over 15 minutes while they melted. They put a cup on one of them to stop is sliding in the sides. Got it in my car and clothes. And no, they weren’t busy.
Went through the drive thru and ordered a single patty plain hamburger with only the meat bun and add bacon for my daughter in a combo with a blizzard and then another blizzard. Fairly simple. I received a double spicey flamethrower hamburger with everything. Thankfully no cheese. I paid for it all too. I actually don't blame it on the person who took our order. It was almost impossible understand him on the speaker. Maybe it was the same on the other end. Fix your speaker Dairy Queen instead of putting a sign up that says if you can't understand us order at the window.

I ordered a cake for my son's birthday. I added a simple note asking if it was possible to add a dinosaur. They went above and beyond. I will be ordering every birthday cake from here! Give the decorator a raise!

Every time we get food from this dairy Queen something is always missing from our order, and we constantly get the wrong items. Very frustrating. Tried calling the store to rectify but can't ever get a hold of anyone.

We love this location! Braelynn is always so friendly and her service is great! We drive to this location even though there is another one closer because of her service and her great personality.
The chicken tastes like saw dust. Good prices though.
