Domino's Pizza

Probably the most incompetent location I’ve ever been to. Food isn’t ready on time and the order is almost always wrong. I will never understand why it is so hard to read a ticket and make that food especially when it’s online. I can understand every now and then but the majority of the time? And back to back orders? Nope not understanding it. I would go to papa John’s instead

Online order tonight, ordered at 5:52pm wasn't delivered until 7:14pm food was Luke warm. Wasn't happy with Domino's tonight

We ordered pizza over an hour ago and never got an update. We called the store and there’s no delivery drivers. So I asked if I could pickup instead and they told me I’d have to wait another 90 minutes or cancel my order. Horrible customer service, very rude with an attitude and we should have been notified about there not being any delivery service. I understand not having the employees, but there needs to be communication between the customers and store in these situations.

Counter employee was courteous but didn't seem to know the menu options. I made the mistake of not looking at my pizza before leaving. I ordered a thin crust meatza. Opened the box when I got home to find the edges of the pizza were all burnt. I've had issues with this store in the past and thought I would try one more time but no more!

Ordered 4 large Pepperoni pizzas with extra sauce and there is still no sauce. This was for a family ger togethet and nobody liked the pizza. I am done with Dominos. Really Dry and over cooked.

Took over an hour to get my pizza. I understand it’s busy but with only 15 pizzas ahead of me that’s crazy. They don’t wash their hands and don’t wear gloves. A couple of workers just standing there. Overall just lazy. Terrible experience.

This Domino’s location consistently goes above and beyond, and it’s clear they genuinely care about making quality pizza while providing exceptional service. Every time I order, the pizza arrives hot, fresh, and well-assembled. A huge shout out to Sara for going the extra mile—her dedication and friendly service really stood out and made the experience even better. If you want great pizza paired with outstanding customer care, this Domino’s is the place to go!

The past few orders have been wrong, usually we will just pick around it but the last time we went, it was very busy and waited an hour, which is fine but the order was so wrong! It’s very frustrating waiting that long and it being wrong. That day there were many people in the lobby upset that theirs was also wrong.
