I always order extra sauce. Several times they did not do it. This last time I called in the order for delivery and I even told the staff, "Make sure it has extra sauce. You guys didn't do that a couple of times now." I then said "extra sauce" two more times on the phone. Upon delivery, no extra sauce. They did give me another with sauce at no charge, but I had to drive to get it. Geeeeesh!!!!

The food here the last couple times has been terrible. So bad, I can't believe they call it pizza. Get the thin crust at your own risk, cause you WILL be disappointed. And rather eat a tortilla as the crust. Even the hand tossed was shockingly bad. Just go to Walmart and buy any frozen pizza, you'll be more satisfied. They really need to make a change, and fast, or Papa Johns will take them out of business for good at this location.

Ordered online, said it was a 25 minute wait. Went there after the 25 minutes, waited 10 minutes to be helped, they said it will be another 30 minute wait. When I asked why and I said it was an online order the guy was all, there you go. So when I use your system, and your system tells me something, it's my fault you can get your stuff together and make a pizza? Fix the system, if it's going to be 1 hour, tell me it's going to be an hour, don't make me drive down there and wait forever and gaslight me into thinking it's my fault.

We have ordered from this location at least 1-2 times per month for the last year for delivery. It is our go-to for pizza night on Fridays. This past week, I ordered the pizza again for delivery, the tracker said it was baked and ready to go and then I got a call saying we were not in their delivery area. I mentioned that we had been for the last year and the app let us order but they said my only options were to pick it up, or cancel the order. We had ordered it for our kids since we were going to an event so we couldn’t pick it up so we had to cancel the order and get pizza from somewhere else. There was no explanation about how we were suddenly out of delivery range other than the person on the phone saying “they just told me that right now.” I don’t know if this was just a misunderstanding but it was highly inconvenient and doesn’t make any sense. We are at the same house they have delivered to many times in Eagle Mountain. We will be ordering from somewhere else going forward I guess. Giving two stars because up until this last week the pizza was decent.
