Dutch Bros Coffee

Every time I go to Dutch Bros, Brooke treats us with so much respect and kindness. She’s always patient and genuinely friendly. There have been times when my kids were crying and fighting in the car, and even then, she never made us feel rushed or judged. She stayed kind, patient, and happy to make our drinks. Brooke truly makes our visits better, and we really appreciate her!
Yall are very lucky you have an employee like Brooke on y’all’s team!

I waited in line for over 40 minutes! Not exaggerating. Which is horrible solo, let alone with kids in the car. It wasn’t abnormally busy either. Will not be coming back to this location.

Every time they have 3 people working and wait for our coffee is like 15 to 20 minutes for 5 cars Seeing people on there phones. Not really friendly. We used to like this place.

I’m writing this in hopes the staff sees it. I wasn’t rude or anything, but the surrounding area was extremely loud and hurt my ears and simultaneously I’m hard of hearing so I probably didn’t look very nice lol, but it was just incredibly overwhelming for me. Yeah, yeah, I know; I’ll order on the app next time lol. I just want to say the drinks are always perfect and the staff are always fantastic and kind. They truly are the best. And they’re so fun, too. I hope my Eeyore mentality didn’t bring anyone down. ✨

Tonight I went to go get just a simple hot chocolate, wasn't the best experience. As soon as I pulled up to the window this girl, Eva, was talking to someone on the phone and was literally ignoring me, she proceeds to get my order COMPLETELY wrong, still talking on the phone!! I won't be going back, she basically threw the drink in Laney's hand forced her to give it to me as eva walked away with so much attitude, Laney was super sweet and tried to fix everything for me, I felt so bad for her, I asked her the employees name just so she doesn't get blamed.

The Baristas here are amazing and so personable. It’s always such a joy to talk to them and my dogs love the Dutch bros drive through! I haven’t met a single barista here that wasn’t so kind and wonderful!! This owner is a lucky person to have such an incredible staff

Always rocking both music and broistas. Always get my order perfect, friendly, fast. Always packed. Very kind people. Never push a sale thank you BTW. Never Crack under lines when people are in desperate line for coffee and we are not willing to make our own. Set in a spot all their own for easy access

Decent coffee, good service, pretty fast. I stopped going because there was too much pressure for tips before receiving the coffee and knowing if the service/coffee is even good. Too awkward. The tips feel like charity for low wages instead of gratitude for good service.

I love this place and have since they opened. They have the best staff and everyone is so nice! The staff is the reason that I have kept going almost daily. Their coffee is the best and I love their protein options. Shout out to Ed who literally makes my day when he is working! He made this nice message on my coffee today.
