We went in around 8:20 pm. Decent amount of people due to soccer practices and a high school game ending. People being turned away cause they don’t have bread. Had to wait for them to prep veggies and order smaller subs in order to get food. Almost trying to dissuade us from ordering. Someone on shift made the choice to not prep more food at the cost of losing customers just so they could close on time. Especially with the city center curse that seems to fall down on food establishments, seems like a stupid way to lose business. Next time, turn around and go to the SS location.

Great food, fresh, yummy. Gluten free friendly (they wipe down surfaces and everything is cleaned, so as to not cross contaminate) wonderful staff, quick food. Food also is not greasy like other sandwich places. Atmosphere it’s incredible great seating!!

Went on to order on Saturday night and the kids running the counter refused to make a hot sandwich because "it takes a while to clean the grill." If the restaurant is open, they should be serving all of the menu.

The customer service at this restaurant was apparent As soon as you walked in the door! The staff is friendly , Helpful and efficient. I am working in the area and would recommend the shop to all The people I work with.

To start off I love Jersey Mike’s but the reason this one stands out is the service the owner is the nicest guy I’ve ever met working there and one time just because the employee accidentally skipped us in line he gave us our sandwiches for free! The food there is so good and incredibly fresh highly recommend best Jersey mikes by far!

I’ve tried them a few times. They have one employee here who is absolutely amazing. However the rest of the employees seem extremely rude. They made it’s of crude jokes while I was in line, and didn’t ever directly talk to me, which I thought was odd. They even forgot that I hadn’t paid, so I had to remind them to ring me up.There didn’t seem to be a manager there who could/would correct this behavior. Was pretty disappointed.
