Went in to Jersey Mike tonight. It’s been a while since I’ve ran the store. The staff was really kind and friendly to me. Max smiled and did a great job with my sandwich. They weren’t that busy but over all a great experience!

Honestly bad experience. The guy who was slicing wasn’t very nice at all and was incredibly impolite. It took forever to slice my sub, and obviously had a very short and forced conversation. The only thing keeping this a good experience was the two kids, they said their names were Darian and Leah. They were quick at giving me my food and got this sandwich in my hungry tummy.

Bailey is seriously the best service and nicest guy I have ever experienced at a restaurant like this! Props to Bailey and the Eagle mountain staff! Best Jersey mikes around!!!

This place is a complete scam. Ordered two sandwiches both the “supreme club” one with extra meat and one regular. They are completely the same. $20 + $3 for extra meat. I was scammed and the owners should be ashamed of themselves. I wont be back and will be spreading the word about the scam.

Lowkey gonna make me cheat on subway, jersey mikes is so good and fresh. One employee really stood out to me, I believe his name was Ryker 🤔, he was super friendly and the most charismatic worker I’ve ever seen. Always had a smile on his face and was literally so uplifting, man what a cool guy. Hands down made me the best sandwich I’ll probably ever eat in my life so props to him 😁👏

Ryker at Jersey Mike’s in City Center, Eagle Mountain deserves major recognition. From the moment I walked in, Ryker’s professionalism and friendliness stood out. His customer service is exceptional, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about every guest’s experience and satisfaction. The restaurant was spotless, fully stocked, and every ingredient looked fresh—something you don’t always see, but Ryker clearly makes it a priority.

If Ryker isn’t already the manager, he absolutely should be. And if you’re planning a visit to this location, make sure Ryker is there—you’ll get the best service possible. Ryker is the kind of employee every business wishes they had.

The food is good, but it's WAY too expensive, subway prices are much more reasonable and subway is getting expensive these days.

The staff/employees were really nice and very helpful. Made for a pleasant experience. I hope they were making $20/hr for how much I paid for my sandwich which took 2 minutes to make.

Jersey Mike’s never disappoints! The sandwiches are always fresh, loaded with quality meats and toppings, and made exactly how I like them. You can taste the difference in the bread, and the “Mike’s Way” style takes it to the next level with just the right balance of flavors. The staff is always friendly, fast, and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. Whether I’m grabbing a quick lunch or ordering for a group, everything comes out perfect every time. Hands down my favorite sub shop!
