Jersey Mike’s never disappoints! The sandwiches are always fresh, loaded with quality meats and toppings, and made exactly how I like them. You can taste the difference in the bread, and the “Mike’s Way” style takes it to the next level with just the right balance of flavors. The staff is always friendly, fast, and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better. Whether I’m grabbing a quick lunch or ordering for a group, everything comes out perfect every time. Hands down my favorite sub shop!

9 O'clock on a Saturday night? Are you kidding me? You need to stay open later in Friday and Saturday nights. This is a bigger city now! Do better! Also, GM STOP running out of food and cook your damn chicken! Reach out to corporate to file complaint because the GM that runs this store does not care

Best sandwich shop that are quick and easy to get. Good quality ingredients. The staff is friendly but can't follow orders. The last two times I ordered, my sandwich were made wrong. The two modifications were to add tomatoes on one sandwich and no jalapenos on another. One of the orders was an in person order and today's was an online order. Please train the staff too post more attention to details. Details matter.

The price-to-quality ratio makes Jersey Mike's a good value proposition. The service, though, was lacking. The wait time for my food was quite a bit longer than I expected, and I got zero attention from the employees when I walked in and checked the pick-up counter. I didn't get a single word out of an employee until my order got placed on the pick-up counter, almost 15 minutes after I walked in.

We're a celiac gluten-free family and have ordered food here about 8 times now in the past two weeks, and never got sick. They are excellent at avoiding cross contamination; I didn't even have to ask for glove changing, surface and machine wipe-down, etc--they're trained to do it for gluten free. We're so happy to have a safe option in city center!

The food there tasted pretty good and fresh the only downside is that they have very limited options. They slice the meat and cheese right in front of you and they put a decent amount. For the other options they had like 6 choices of lettuce, pickles, tomatoes and that was basically it.

I love jersey mikes but whenever I come to this location it takes FOREVER to get subs, and the workers are SO rude! Not to mention the chicken hotsubs have never been cooked all the way. Just gonna make the drive to saratoga next time.
