It’s literally in the name “hot and ready”
Been here many times and never once was it ready, always a 20+ minute wait. Tonight they told me it would be 10-15 min wait which is fine. Took me 10 mins since I ordered to get to the window and they told me it’s a 10-15 min wait. I said well I already waited 10 mins, the response I got was well we haven’t put it in the oven until you paid. I’m literally stuck in the drive through and can’t go anywhere, why wasn’t it started when I ordered it.
The manager should be fired as this is a place that advertises “Hot and Ready” and I’ve now waited 40 mins with no pizza. This is a dinner rush they should be prepared with pizza on hand given it’s always busy especially cause all I ordered was cheese and pepperoni pizza 🤦🏼♀️
