Little Caesars Pizza

Me and my girlfriend’s kids were super hungry, so we came through the drive through. Jesse on drive thru did a killer job, sounded great, patient while ordering but also good at moving us forward being conscious of the customers behind. He was super clean, trimmed up and presentable. Made me laugh, made me smile and made me want to return. I also worked with Ken! Jesse did made a huge Impression! Great job, food was great!

Honestly, it's solid pizza. When they first opened this location, it was a little rough. But it's great now! Much better than the one in SS.

Made in order was on the rush, told them that I'd be there at a certain time. They told me they never got my order. And so me and my 4 kids were in Bind, I know time crunch was an issue at that moment, because I had to get all of them to the school. So the point is, I don't know. I had to rearrange my schedule just so I can help my kids out.

The timing and food are fine. But the way this pizza (all three that we purchased) was cut shows a lack of professional care and lack of supervision over less careful employees

We went 5/31 a bit late and they were just taking orders by drive thru. The guys who work there are wonderful! kind, smiling and my family and I are grateful for the excellent service! Amazing !

One Star — Offended Over Bluetooth

I wasn’t even at Little Caesars, just listening over Bluetooth while my brother tried to pick up two pizzas and two crazy breads. What I heard felt like live audio from a customer service meltdown on Worldstar.

After waiting 15 minutes at the drive-thru, they were told to pull around and wait behind 10 cars because the order “wasn’t ready.” A few minutes later, someone casually says, “Someone’s throwing up inside, so it’ll be a while.” Comforting.

Then a new guy storms to the window yelling at them to either pull around again or leave — because, and I quote, “everyone else’s food is ready.” There are only like two things on the menu. What were they ready with? Regret and cardboard? I feel as if I have lost brain cells after having to listen to those employee’s.

When my brother asked him to clarify, the guy threatened to call the manager — which honestly sounded like a step up in leadership at that point.

They left with no food. I left with secondhand rage and the need to warn others: Little Caesars will waste your time and insult your intelligence.
If you’re wondering how bad service can get — this was so bad I could feel it secondhand.
