The only reason people go here is because of its proximity in eagle mountain. Theres too many problems with this place i dont even know where i would start. Every employee has absolutely no social skills whatsoever. Theyre rude and short with you especially the managers. Every order comes out wrong and then Im stuck talking to a bunch of employees and managers with no idea how to hold an intelligent conversation. This place is just constantly falling apart and its embarrassing.

Every time I give this McDonald’s a chance they disappoint me. Asked for no pickle or onion on my cheeseburger both are on there ask for a Coke and given a Diet Coke. Fries were cold And sauces cost extra money now. Always a disappointment!

Visiting family here and stopped to get good old faithful iced tea- it looked like sewer water. Cloudy, dark and scummy. 3 times!!!! If you can’t do a simple thing right don’t even touch the food.

Sometimes the French fries are fresh and other times they aren't. However, what's terrible here is that the staff doesn't pay attention to takeout orders. The last time we went, we paid for a combo burger and some nuggets as well. The employees only gave us the combo burgers, but they never included the package of nuggets in our order. Likewise, they didn't include straws for our drinks. What's wrong? We lost money and part of our breakfast. By the time we opened the bag to grab the food, we were already too far from McDonald's

If I could leave a zero star review I would! Time and time again this McDonald's messes up. I waited 20 minutes AROUND THE CORNER for my order after my order had been placed for at least 35 minutes. I had to get out of my car and go inside just to be told "oh it was just sitting over there." I check my bags ALWAYS before I leave and 9 times out of 10, actually 10 times out of 10 my order is wrong or missing items. The sprite just tastes like soda water and the sweet tea I ordered, not sweet. I honestly don't know why I go back to this McDonald's. It's the absolute WORST McDonald's. ZERO STARS

Always super slow service when you order curbside. Waited 20 minutes on a Wednesday night. The lobby was full of people also trying to get their orders with one poor guy trying to figure it all out. When they finally brought the food out, the guy didn’t know what we ordered and walked away without giving us half of the order. When we got home, the food was meh, the drinks were halfway filled and they forgot to give us straws. Probably good that a Wendy’s is being built down the street.
