Showed up early for a carry out and employees were rude and acted like it was inconvenient for me to show up early, instead of giving an estimate. Not a normal experience I hope.

This is the second time I have ordered delivery, and either the order is wrong or delivery TAKES FOREVER. The feedback form on the website doesn't work, and if you try and call the store, it just cycles you through. I don't like leaving bad reviews, but this is the only way Papa John's might see that their store here in Eagle Mountain is TERRIBLE!!! I won't be ordering from here anymore. Go to Little Ceasars or Pizza hut, Dominoes or better yet, go to the locally owned place VILLAGE PIZZA. Don't waste your time here.
UPDATE: I went to the store and talked to the GM. She was very nice and apologized for the hassle. She credited our order. I appreciated her taking time to talk to me and resolving the issue.

10/10 best Papa John's around, always gotten my order correct and had it fresh from the oven. The crew are always providing excellent service.

App won't let me create an account for months now. Also we ordered at 5pm (20 min ago) and pizza isn't even being made yet (though it doesn't seem that busy). Employee said they get slammed at 5 every day so I'm not sure why they don't have staff to handle that.

Alex and Eric were awesome. They made one of the best pizzas I've ever had and had a great and short conversation while the rest of my order was being buttoned up. Absolutely 10/10 will be back.

I ordered one pizza an hour ago online. I arrived 5 minutes after my pick up time and I still have to wait 5 minutes for it to be done? Really? You’ve had an hour…
Had an issue with a pizza and it didn’t taste too great. We didn’t even finish it. They offered a new one when they got the cheeseburger pizza sauce back (one day wait) they delivered it and were amazing about it. The whole crew that works there deserves some serious shoutouts for being absolutely rock star awesome on how they handled it!

I placed an order and there was an error with the system. When I called the store to confirm they received the order, the employee I spoke with named Jensen was so helpful and kind. I placed another order for pick up. When my order was ready, Jensen called me back and offered to have it delivered. Above and beyond!! Appreciate the excellent customer service. This store always take a lot of time to get ready an order and always they said its not in our control. If you made an order online its imposible that your delivery person arrives to the store and needs to wait 30 min more for 1 pizza.

I was really disappointed yesterday when I went in to get dinner, my phone had died about 5 min before this, there was basically no menu for the pizzas or topping or anything of the sort and basically no help from the cashier to help order with no clue what they had.
I finally get a rough idea of what I want and go to pay. I only has a $50 and apparently they don't accept that or $100???! And I had no cards or anything on me, so the cashier says ok, let me speak to the manager. The cashier with no intent to help just said too bad, and walks away. So after this I ended up going to another pizza place and had way better treatment.
