We placed an order with our local Papa John’s and were told several times that our pizza was “in the oven” and would be ready in about 10 more minutes. After waiting around 30 minutes, we overheard that our order had actually been delivered to another house by mistake. They said they would remake it, but another 45 minutes went by — and two hours after ordering, we still didn’t have our food.

Eventually, the manager came over and asked why we were still waiting when all orders had supposedly been completed. I explained the situation and how frustrating it was to be repeatedly told it was almost done when it clearly wasn’t. He immediately apologized, refunded our order, made us larger pizzas free of charge, and even threw in a few extras to make up for the mistake.

While the experience itself was incredibly frustrating and took up my entire night, I do appreciate that the manager took responsibility and did what he could to make things right. What started as a one-star experience ended up as a three-star thanks to his effort.

Always good food and order is done right. Had one issue that was brought up when I picked food up and the situation was quickly corrected. Establishment is clean and employees are always friendly and helpful. Food is always on time ready and hot at pickup. The taste is spot on which is why Papa Johns is my favorite pizza joint.

All across a great place the website needs to be updated there is certain sauces that they do not carry in store so when you buy that sauce you get it changed out for ranch or something you didn’t want simply because the website offers the one they don’t carry.

Excellent customer service! I made a small mistake with my online order, but Alex was incredibly helpful in-store. Not only did he quickly fix the issue, but he also went above and beyond to make sure I got exactly what I wanted at the best value.

Food arrived with mold on the pepper and sprinkled in the box. We took pictures and texted them to the manager, who agreed that it was mold. Manager was nice but only offered a free pizza on the next order versus a refund. Not sure if we will order from here again.

Papa John’s service and lack of communication is abysmal.

1. The pizza sauce given in the breadsticks is not as advertised. It’s almost the size of a church sacrament cup and can barely hold enough sauce for one stick. Papa John’s does this in order to charge the customer more. Well yeah I’m going to want more sauce, there’s 9 more breadsticks. Isn’t my order of $40 enough to get a normal sized cup of pizza sauce? How much more money do you need? (See picture the sauce is a little bigger than one sauce for chicken nuggets. But the difference is it’s for ten big breadsticks)

2. We order extra sauce on our pizza and never get it! It’s not difficult to read the order and follow directions. But maybe it is for Papa John’s employees at this location.

Great pizza, good deals on the app. This location gets it right every time and they're quick. We have a lot of kids so we have pizza nights all the time and I'm so glad this location opened up near us. Best pizza for the money around.

While standing next in line, the boy running the register took a phone call and put me on hold
Then help three other people in line, handing them their orders.

When I asked him why he keeps avoiding me, he said it's because they're really busy. So I left and will not be back.

Showed up early for a carry out and employees were rude and acted like it was inconvenient for me to show up early, instead of giving an estimate. Not a normal experience I hope.

This is the second time I have ordered delivery, and either the order is wrong or delivery TAKES FOREVER. The feedback form on the website doesn't work, and if you try and call the store, it just cycles you through. I don't like leaving bad reviews, but this is the only way Papa John's might see that their store here in Eagle Mountain is TERRIBLE!!! I won't be ordering from here anymore. Go to Little Ceasars or Pizza hut, Dominoes or better yet, go to the locally owned place VILLAGE PIZZA. Don't waste your time here.

UPDATE: I went to the store and talked to the GM. She was very nice and apologized for the hassle. She credited our order. I appreciated her taking time to talk to me and resolving the issue.
