order at least once a month. they changed to force me to use door dash for delivery as their app update just says "closed for delivery" I'm 6 miles from the store. door dash pizzas are $20 for the same pizza that is $7 on the app and that is before the extra door dash charges....screw pizza hut. never again!

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY!! They only use door dash to deliver and it is a joke. My pizza showed up a disaster. DoorDash texted me and said driver handed me the food. No they didn’t. So I opened my front door and there is cheese on my porch next to the box and under the box(looks like the pizza was dropped). I opened the box and it was everywhere, with the sauces broken. It was also missing a piece of pizza!! I went back to the store to get a replacement but was told it goes through door dash so they can’t offer a refund. Which is frustrating paying the delivery charge and the tip. Then having to go pick it up myself to get it correct. Contacted door dash after leaving and they told me that DoorDash can’t do the refund it has to come from the store. I told them what the store told me and they said they would be contacting them to refund the money and try it that way.

These people have no idea what's going on. My last order didn't make it. Got a 25$ credit figured I would try again. Employees don't even know what's on the menu. Order pizza from here if you want it to never show up, or the order is completely wrong.

Placed a delivery order through Pzza Hut's website. Waited for over an hour before I called to find out where my order was. The shift lead had no idea why their delivery services did not pick up the delivery. They had no options for delivery. No call, no email, no customer service..........
It’s a really fun place for small parties, family gatherings etc. it’s got a really cool environment and the food is amazing. The stuff are a little lazy but it’s not bad service

Ordered carry out, went to pick up the pizza. And there were 3 employees behind the counter who just looked over at me and turned around...gave me the "not my job" look. Waited for almost 20 minutes for someone to finally acknowledge me and bring me my 2 pizzas. It wasnt busy, no one else was there so I am not sure what the hold up was.One of the girls behind the counter was just messing with her hair and scratching her scalp ... then went and touched the plates...The pizza was VERY greasy and seemed to be undercooked.I'll be ordering from dominos next time.

Superb pizza and the cashier was super kind and helpful. I ate more then my fair share of pizza and each bite was lovely.I got the pan crust which costs more but is worth it. It's airy, crispy and full of flavor!
