Ramen Hero

The ramen is bland. The orange chicken tastes like barbecue sauce and is pure gristle. The Mongolian beef actually has a (small) amount of spice but is too sweet. The wontons and gyoza are good, though.

My wife and I tried Ramen Hero for the first time tonight and it was absolutely delicious and huge portions!! The woman that got my online order was very kind! We will definitely be back!!❤️

What a gem this place is! Eagle Mountain is lucky to have it.

I have been to this restaurant more than a few times and have had a great experience. I went there today and can not believe what happened. After watching a female server sit and eat her lunch, she walked to the register and proceeded to blow and wipe her nose. She then proceeded to go to the counter and grab serving utensils without washing her hands or even using the large bottle of hand sanitizer. I asked the male server to come over and I explained what I saw. He spoke to her and she glared daggers in my direction on the way to wash her hands. When she came back out to the dining area she threw a few more eye daggers in my direction and yelled “what is your problem”. She continued yelling that I’m a Karen and she wasn’t going to serve me so I shouldn’t have a problem. She admitted she did not have a food handlers card and kept yelling. It was very uncomfortable and she was out of control.

We ordered lunch from here a while back and one of our orders was wrong. They bent over backwards to make it up to us. They even called my husband to remind him he had a free meal waiting for him in case he forgot. We've been back several times. 5 stars every time. The food is delicious and the staff is extremely helpful. Probably my favorite restaurant in Eagle Mountain!

Indoor aesthetics was okay how to take out which is nice. But the ramen isn't worth the price . The noodles taste like the 99 cent top ramen noodles. If they could raise the quality of the noodle I would give him a higher rating. Besides that everything else was good it seems that they are focusing more on the sushi entrees. But the chicken is good

Super cool vibe and the service was super quick and a 10/10 for the food im gluten free and they have substitutions for the noodles which was great!! Definitely coming back

The food was good but the waitress is not good at her job. She got half of the table’s orders wrong and the dishes came out sporadically. If we waited for everyone to get their food, most of it would have been cold. They also charged us full sizes for everything even when we asked for half sizes. Disappointing experience. Most likely won’t be back
