Came in 11/19 @5pm. Food was made wrong, employees were on their phones standing by the register talking smack on their coworkers and swearing.

The employees at this location have always been friendly to us and can usually make sandwiches fairly quickly so you don't wait long. Everything has always tasted delicious and we absolutely love the lemonade they have. We do wish Subway in general would bring back regular ranch though as a condiment option haha.

They were busy when we arrived, but we were able to order in a reasonable amount of time. There was a little confusion about which sandwiches we ordered because it was busy, but everything was good. The employees were helpful and attentive. The food was fresh and tasted great. This location gets busy at noon and does offer online ordering for pickup.

Wanted a toasted bread with my order. It was not served because they said they already turned it off so I had the choice to eat a cold bread or just go home. I went home.
After about 7 years, my wife and I decided enough time had passed to forget how bad Subway was and give it another shot. Armed with optimism, some dusty gift cards, and a coupon, we braved the newly "revamped" menu. The bill for a footlong and a 6" came to almost $14, but hey, gift cards and coupons, right? Surely, it was going to be worth it. Spoiler alert: It wasn’t.
We picked up our order within a minute of the “it’s done” notification, only to realize it had probably been done hours earlier. Both sandwiches were soggy—like, bread-swimming-in-a-swamp soggy—and despite paying for extra meat, I’m convinced there was less meat on my sandwich than the protein bar I ate earlier. At this point, the most exciting thing about our meal was the paper wrapping.
We couldn’t even finish our sad subs. Now we’re off to drown our sorrows in ice cream, hoping to scrub the taste of disappointment from our mouths.
We’ve also started a list of things we’d rather eat than Subway. Current front-runners include: cardboard, the stuff under the couch cushions, and—if things get desperate—air. Subway, we’ll see you in another 5-10 years, when we’ve forgotten this culinary disaster... again.

I came in around 2 pm. on a Wednesday. I was barely greeted by a manager/older woman who went on to speak to her employees in a very disrespectful manner. You could tell the morale is extremely low, I felt really bad for them. The girl making my sandwich was upset and had to re ask me things a few times, which is okay. She also forgot to give me my change back, but I didn't say anything because I could tell her job makes her so miserable that she can barely focus.

If I could give this a zero star I would I did a online order for subway for my family for dinner yesterday around 5 pm because it was the buy one get one free and some cookies and spend a good 60.00 their just to be treated really bad having the associate yelling at me and calling me a thief for something that I bought and was willing to proof it and getting questioned just because of how many cookies I bought which wasn’t really much for the size of family I will be taking my business else where to a subway that treats their customers with respect I am surprised that this location is still open it’s not the first time I got treated bad

Order my food and I could tell that the staff didn’t want to be there ordered a hotshot Italiano didn’t get what I ordered didn’t get extra Cher’s like I was supposed to the meat was half then what it was supposed to be bread looks over cooked and they hardly put veggies on

I wish I could put 0 stars. Service? Trash. Food? Wilted and old? Cleanliness? Behind the counter looks like underneath a toddlers bed. Tried this location twice and had nothing but horrible, rude service and food that was questionable at best. After reading the reviews, how is location still open??

When i got there, there was a little wait since there were a few post mates there waiting for food. Not a big deal, both employees apologized profusely several times. Both were very kind and tried their best to hurry. They did a stellar job and were very professional even though they were a little stressed but they made do with the situation at hand.

I came in at 12:15 for lunch and asked for a meatball sandwich I was told that they are out of meatball and can’t make the sandwich the customer service there was the worst that I have ever seen they didn’t care at all they just wanted you to get your sandwich and get out. I had to keep reminding them and the ingredients when I asked for extra. I’ve always loved subway and just this store alone is now going to make it hard for me to go to any of them. I hope that the owner of this location knows what’s going on and can fix it because after looking at a lot of the reviews there are more 1 star reviews for this location then there are 2+ Star reviews very awful customer service you guys need to do better

I ordered a sandwich through the Subway app for delivery. The sandwich never came. Tried to request a refund. They haven’t refunded me
Kind staff. I saw the woman with reddish hair in a bun take a lot of care helping a man do with his phone to an online phone order and help him do the app.
