Every single order for the last few months, has been wrong and very frequently, the staff miss-label the boxes or totally mix up what’s in them. Tonight is no different. I just ordered a “create your own box” and I got the Crunchwrap without sour cream, potato taco and fiesta potatoes without sour cream. What I got was not even close tonight. Wasn’t even a box meal. See the pictures.

Dog shit on the floor and this place is dirty and orders never complete and or ready very little stuff in the in side tacos and burritos. Literally skimping on toppings . People for got how to have real customers service im very disappointed. If I had my vote this place should be shut down for how dirty and disgusting it is.

My family went to this Taco Bell restaurant at 550pm today and the male employee working the drive thru window was mean, had a nasty character, and shoved the food out the window forcefully without considering it might fall when handing it all at once to the driver. I have multiple family members that live in eagle mountain that go to this establishment. Maybe we can try it again next year with a different employee.

I placed a delivery order at this location to have a good new years to end up being utterly disappointed. My order is completely wrong and I got a ton of items I didnt pay for and I’m missing a lot of items I actually paid for. I open the bags to see the food covered in greasy cheese. I’m completely missing a deluxe box that costed $10+. Completely ridiculous. I tried to call the store and no one answered. Taco Bell has never done me so dirty.

It’s Taco Bell. You already know the menu. The self-service kiosks mean you and your questionable late-night decisions are left alone.
Where this Taco Bell truly distinguishes itself from the rest of the Bell-verse is speed and cleanliness. The place runs like a well-oiled nacho machine. Orders come out fast, the floors don’t crunch when you walk, and nothing looks like it’s survived three separate food fights.
Best of all, it still has that “new car smell”—you know, the rare Taco Bell aroma where you’re not immediately haunted by the ghosts of tacos past. Everything looks clean, organized, and suspiciously well put together.
If all Taco Bells are the same, this one is the same… but on its best behavior. Would taco again. This Taco Bell is the reason why in the future Taco Bell wins the restaurant wars.

Hit the drive thru and dine in if you’re wanting to. We placed an order 1 hour in advance and showed up to check in, only to wait another 30 minutes before I could hear them say they needed to start the dine in orders in the back. Sounds like they have a clock they have to beat for the drive through so they’ll prioritize those orders all night long

Waited 25 minutes for my order nobody in the drive thru and it was only me and a friend in the lobby with an employee apparently our orders weren't a priority the employees were no where to be found worst service had to get take out because we were limited on time we originally wanted to sit and enjoy our meal

Spent over 50 bucks and the food tasted stale and the crunch wrap wasn’t even cooked well. The tacos had hardly any meat in them. Won’t come here again.

I don't know how they do it, but they get my order correct, and done quickly EVERY single time. I have been regularly coming through the drive-thru in the evenings and whoever works the window is very friendly with me. I appreciate that. Makes me feel not as ashamed to come here so much. 🤣
The kitchen needs more credit too. They have never messed up my order, not even once. Very cool night staff here!

Had a bad experience here a couple months ago with their customer service when I went inside to get some food, thought I would give them another try.. what a waste of money that was. I ordered a crunch wrap supreme with everything on it. What I got was a Crunch wrap is basically nothing on it. What a waste of $8, two bites in and I ended up tearing it in half to see if the rest was gonna be as bad and it was. Rest of my food was cold and gross too, save your money

The place is run by kids who don't seem to take pride in their work. Tacos are thrown together. For example all 3 supreme locos tacos has one blob of sour cream in the middle instead of spread out from one end of the taco to the other. They don't seem to care about the customer.
