Do not do delivery. The food is really great have been eating here for years. Service has been really hit or miss lately. Placed an order for delivery and called 30 minutes after it was scheduled to arrive, was informed they use DoorDash for delivery and after it leaves the store it’s no longer “their responsibility”. I asked if there was tracking or a status they could give me for DoorDash and they don’t have any info on that and that I should contact DoorDash. Ended up calling DoorDash and they told me there is no order related to my phone or email that they have record for and there is nothing they can do. So I called Village Pizza back for a refund which they did give me (this is now over an hour after I should have received the pizza). Don’t think I can rely on them in the future, especially if they are going to claim it’s not their responsibility to make sure I get what I pay for.

Got the buffet which says is unlimited pizza from 11-2 but they didnt bring out anymore pizzas and when we asked them at 1:30 they said the buffet was closed

Place has good pizza but now that they have changed to DoorDash for delivery the service has been poor. We made a couple orders to deliver to our house and another home in the neighborhood. Their order arrived ours did not. We called the first time and they couldn’t send our pizza out and wanted us to pick it up (not an option as we just got back from an international flight). They said they would call back…they didn’t. We called again and they offered to refund, which we took. Good pizza.

Good takeout pizza shouldn’t cost 30 dollars. We’ve been ordering pizza from village pizza for more than 10 years. As of November 3rd 2025 their prices have gone way up and the specials are gone. We felt bad for the kids answering the phones, because while waiting for our pizza at least 3 calls came in and it sounded like they were questioning the price change as well. It’s sad that we won’t be going back.

We arrived later than we expected due to getting a little lost, but we still got there at 8:32. We had come pretty far, so we thought we could order to go. We got inside, and they had already done all of the cleaning and were clearly not willing to let us order anything even to go. If you are open until 9, then I feel like you should be able to order until 9! I won’t go again.
I catered them for my wedding and it was absolutely amazing. So cheap for how good it was and the quantity. Kayla was so kind and helped in so many ways. They were so easy to work with and took care of everything! I love this place. Such incredible people and pizza. You HAVE to get the raspberry sticks :)

My wife and I were looking for a quick date before picking up our kids. After living in Eagle Mountain for 16 years, we realized we had never tried Pizza Village and decided to give it a shot. We arrived around 1:50 pm and noticed they offered an unlimited pizza bar for $12—but it ended at 2:00. We were disappointed and debating what to order. I wanted the pizza bar, while my wife preferred a salad. That’s when Jace, the newly promoted General Manager, stepped in and completely turned the experience around. Instead of letting us miss out, he kindly offered to make fresh pizzas for the bar and accommodate my wife’s salad. I ordered a half BBQ Chicken & Butcher Pizza, which he prepared fresh and personally delivered to our table. To our surprise, he also brought out a half Cheese pizza, Garlic & Herb Breadsticks, and even Raspberry Cinnamon Sugar Breadsticks—going above and beyond what we expected. His thoughtfulness, generosity, and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction truly impressed us. What started as a disappointing moment turned into one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a long time. We even got to share the food with our kids afterward, which made it even more special. Thanks to Jace’s outstanding service, my wife and I are now loyal, lifelong customers of Pizza Village. We rarely write reviews, but this one is well deserved. Thank you, Jace—you are a true champion of customer service!

So mean my girlfriend we’re having a really rough day and we went out for ice cream and she told me she was hungry. I asked her if she’s in the mood for pizza, she said yes and offered my hometown favorite village pizza. She got super excited, we called in ahead of time and paid person. I just wanna say how professional this young man Jace is, I’ve worked at call centers for almost 7 years and he sounded so smooth and so good over the phone. I came in, he greeted me and even the boys in back were singing these Christmas songs and bringing a whole vibe to the place. He gave us our food and it was super fresh, clean, incredibly delicious and tasty. He gave us the most refreshing water on a hot summer day.
