There are hardly any parking stalls to park in. Their front door is geared more towards pedestrians than people driving there. I went through the drive through ordered food to get a free crispy chicken. When I pulled up to the window I got my cash ready and handed it to the red shirt manager at the window who quickly shut the window I quickly waved at the window showing I had the app. But it was too late. They had charged me. But instead of fixing it they tried to bribe me with a drink or fry’s. I told the red shirt no thank you 3 times. I wanted what I came for it not rich enough to just spend money Willy nilly. Then some random employee came to the window to back up the manager and proceeded to tell me it was my fault for not showing the app first. Which admittedly makes sense. So I asked for a refund. And I got one. Honestly I think I would have felt better about all this if they had just fixed the problem by refunding me and re-ringing up my order. They could have easily done this without my knowledge and I would have gotten what I came for and they would have come out with no losses. Now they have my order and it’s probably wasted food. If you read this till the end just know you have got to show your app first if you want to use coupons. Don’t let them take your cash or card withhold it till the very end. Otherwise you’ll be to blame for a crappy experience as much as I was. And Wendy’s I hope not all of your managers need employees to help them when something goes wrong. I miss the days when the customer was always right.

Ordered our food and got to the window. Had three large meals. I did ask for a cup holder with the assumption that the cupholder would hold large cups. As the lady employee handed me my drinks they fell over all into my car and instead of offering me napkins she just walked away. She said sorry and said she give me drinks again. And walked away another lady came to the window I asked again if I could please have some napkins cause a large coke is all over my car. No response. Than she comes back with a couple napkins. I said I need more. No response walks away. Comes back with a small handful. Lady with the drinks tries to hand me the cup holder again and I said no I’ll just take one at a time. Worst experience. I’m more angry about how I was ignored and the window being shut on me while I was talking. I watched as the so called manager just walked around. I worked for Wendy’s before and I would have never treated a customer that way or let my employees do that either.
My mom has already had bad experiences here too.

Just went here tonight I got a chili i didn't notice what it looked like until I took a bite and the taste i can't even explain once I spit it out immediately I have a nasty weird taste in my mouth turn a light on and it looks like throw up white chunks all sizes and white liquid on the top . I really hope I don't get sick 😫 wish I could post the video I have

Extremely Disappointed! Beware!
From the drive thru I ordered two combo bacon meals with large fries and drinks. Pretty simple right? Well we got medium fries and drinks and just a couple of double cheese burgers with NO bacon. And to top it off the burgers were raw! The meat was pretty much red. I should have checked the bags of food to see if it was correct before I left the drive thru but I was in a rush home. Just so disappointed to get home and have everything wrong with my order. And there was no receipt in the bag as they usually do it. Sure I should've checked but it should not have happened in the first place. Please be aware that your food will most likely be wrong or uncooked or even worst both. Don't even take the chance to go through the same experience as I did. And if so check your bags before you leave. Unfortunately i will not be coming back to this location.

I stopped by the drive thru today and ordered my food. Fairly straight forward order. Once I got to the window I asked the girl if she was having a good day. Mostly because when someone is just sitting there it makes things awkward. She didn’t reply so I assumed she didn’t hear me. So once I received my food I said “thank you, have a great day”. This time she looked at me and just smirked. Very rude individual. Maybe explain to her what customer service is. One I opened my burger it wasn’t even cooked thoroughly. I’ve had issues with this store but I will not again.

Stood there at the register for about 15 min with a full crew just in the back. no one decided to come and help take my order.
so after waiting for so long, i called one of the crew members asking if they can take my order, their response was “yes just give me a minute” i waited another 5 minutes for them to help me.
