One of the workers was unfriendly and kept my credit card for 2 days. The customer service was not good either. Got out order wrong as well. The manager also doesn’t seem to run the store well.

While the food was hot, they simply cannot seem to comprehend that a sour cream and chive baked potato isn't one without the sour cream. Constantly over the last few weeks they have failed to provide sour cream, butter, salt and pepper, or utensils. This location used to rock now it feels like hit and miss if they can even handle putting a complete order together.

When this location first opened, they did super well. Gone downhill since then. At the very least the food should be hot. I have given this location multiple chances recently and every single time I go there my food is at best lukewarm and at worst physically cold to the touch. With food prices today it’s a very low bar to at least expect the food you’re getting to be hot.

Sunday 10:41 am Nobody in line we’re the only ones and you’re talking about 15 to 20 minutes to bring our food. These days fast food is not even a fast food anymore. They should go out of business is not. I remember when McDonald’s started and the actual timeframe to get you the food to you. It was three minutes only.

Someone give Brandon a RAISE immediately! This guy is lightning fast, super kind, and insanely efficient like he’s powered by Frosties and good vibes! Every time I’ve been helped by him, the service is perfect and the food is fresh. He’s polite, professional, and genuinely makes your day better just by being awesome at what he does. Wendy’s needs to make him the employee of the month, the year, and maybe even the century. Absolute legend!
