I did a call in order and the lady was nice on the phone and told me it was going to be 10 minutes. I arrived there 10 minutes later and my order wasn’t done yet which wasn’t a huge issue. They said they would call me, I waiting another 30 minutes and no call. Finally I went in and they were finished with my order. Completely ridiculous and made a moment of misery for me. When you say you’re going to do something then you should follow through.

I placed an order online said pickup was between 4:40 and 4:50. Well, I arrive to pickup my order and it was not even started! There was a pile of orders the girl came up and grabbed. To which I sit here for way over my pick up time. Complete garbage. Then to top it off, the one girl is using tongs to push buttons on something above the fryers!!!! How disgusting is that!? I use to love WingStop, but I will never return to any of their locations due to my order issue and cleanliness (using food tools to push buttons). 08/30/24

We’ve been here before and like the food and location, tonight I did a DoorDash order, a sandwich had been left out by mistake which I understand happens, I got a refund from DoorDash and reordered the sandwich and on my reorder the employees working left a super sweet note in the bag apologizing for the mistake along with two free meal coupons! Great customer service ☺️

My first time. Experience was good. Service was great, food was good. Although, if I am paying that much money for food I would expect to get the "whole" meal and not have to pay extra for the sauce for dipping.

We ordered online, which we probably won't do again! We went in at the 15 min mark. Which was the time we were told, and told the guy at the counter we did an online order and our name. The guy said just a second, so about 5 minutes later we had our food. Well we thought it was anyway. Come to find out our order was done and sitting there the whole time. Got home (we live 3 minutes away) food was cold. Maybe listen next time!

We had a Bad experience we ordered the wrong wings and took them back to get other ones and the service we got was bad and the workers was rude about it all.

I came in for a doordash order and talked to the staff. They said it wasn't ready yet but they'd get it to me ASAP. 20 minutes later I still didn't have the order. When I finally got it I found out they had left it on the shelf and forgot about it.

Amaaaaaaazing let me say it again AMAZING wings! We had parmasan, BBQ and Louisiana rub mind you boneless wing. Normally it's something we don't want because boneless wings are usually flavorless and dry. This time we were really surprised! I'd recommend this place to erebodyyy :)

Ordered a 10 piece wing, I paid extra for all drums. I got 2 drums and 8 flats.. I also asked for ranch and I got bleu cheese. Kinda ridiculous charging extra for one type of wing or the other, and then NOT getting what you asked for.. This has happened at this location 3 times in a row for me. Love wingstop, but this location needs some help. The 2 drums I got were good I guess, wish I had the correct dip for them.
