We love this place. The servers are friendly and efficient. The food is delicious. Best Mexican food in northern Utah!!!

Their jalapeno popper was great, and the salsa reminded me of those in New Mexico.

They were so kind I went here for my hoco date and they were so amazing

My husband and I went to Carlos and Harley's on September 16th and received wonderful service from Alisha! She was personable, fun and attentive! We don't frequently dine here, but when we do we have never been disappointed.

The tocas are not that great. The small $7.00 enchiladas was terrible. It was cold, bland, and the chicken was dry.
The guacamole and chips were great.

Wow, for an out in the country, no grills town Mexican Restaurant, I wish this place was a whole lot dang closer. I'd love to eat there again and soon.
However, it's a 2 and a half hour drive so it will have to be another time.
I had the Shrimp Fajitas and Charla had the Tres Tacos.
We were deliciously full and completely happy.
They have a bar which we don't cater to but the atmosphere was great!!!
And the service was good, a bit slow but we were in an obscure corner with privacy!!!

Really enjoyed the enchiladas, carne asada tacos, Cabo shrimp tacos, and even the kids Mac n cheese and chicken tenders were good.
