I love Don Pollos!, Its a great food for a great price. Chicken is amazing!! We come to Eden twice a year and is always on the list of places to eat. Friendly family style restaurant!

Showed up on a Saturday night at 7:15 PM and they said they were not seating anymore people. Had quite a few empty tables. Wish I could have had some food.

We stopped here after a morning of skiing. We have eaten here before and found it acceptable, but after today's food and setting, we won't be going back. The server brought us chips right away, but didn't take our drink orders. No water even. So eating chips and really wanting a drink. When he finally came to take our food order, we were able to order our drinks. Drinks came out seconds before our meal. So we still couldn't enjoy drinks with our chips. The menu said our meals came with guacamole, but there was no guacamole on the plate, but the server was never to be seen again, so we could not ask. Halfway through a meal they opened the back door and we had a blast of freezing cold air. It was absolutely freezing, and we were right in the pathway of the freezing cold air. I understand it can get hot in the kitchen, but that doesn't mean you need to freeze out your customers because you are hot. I had on a warm coat and it was still uncomfortably cold. remember, I said, we never saw our waiter again, and I mean never. He never came to see how our food was. Or see if we needed refills ... We had to go get our own to-go boxes from The front counter.. we took our leftovers home, because we ordered a lot. as I warmed up my carne asada, there was a big piece of hard plastic mixed In With the peppers and onions. I will not be returning to this establishment!!!!

I am not a paid review we own a different restaurant up here.Issac was our server and was alone tonight and he had probably 8 tables and was quite fast for being alone. My wife and I got the mol bowl and it was super amazing and the taste was truly authentic we felt. My sister got a burrito and loved it I would highly recommend. Staffing is a huge issue everywhere so just be patient and enjoy the food.

Never again, this is a local restaurant of which there are not many choices. We have tried this place half dozen times kept thinking we would give them another chance, never again. First time they got the order right, not once since. Missing items, over charged and poor food portions and quality. Last time we were done eating and ask the waitress for check. She said I will get it when done cleaning up. It took her 20 minutes as we sat there watching here. We were one of only two parties on a Saturday afternoon. How rude. Order was wrong and could never figure out how to fix it. Never again, too bad when it one of 4 or 5 choices. Not sure how this place has 4 stars, maybe folks that work there or are paid for reviews????

Ambiance of a bus station waiting room. Chorizo enchiladas had no visible cheese and needed a bunch.Beans and rice were blah.The chicken chimichanga had some small pieces of dry tasteless chicken, lots of dry tasteless beans and rice. Mediocre entre.Chips and salsa were a 2/5.Server was pleasant but got our 2 orders reversed and we were the only customers. He never checked back with us after serving our plates.No beer or wine available.We can't recommend this restaurant.Parking: Pleanty available.
The service and the food here are really good. And nicely convenient to the ski rental shop.

When we arrived they said a 30-40 minute wait even though there were 10+ empty tables..... the server continually got our orders wrong and gave us wrong information about the food! After far far to long of a wait for our food, our server gave us about 7 minutes before asking if they could take our plates or give us to go boxes?!? Like 3 bites in??? And no, they werent closing... there was an hour an a half till closing.It was REALLY REALLY ODD!!! we've been there before and not had any problems of any sort... tonight was a disaster. I'll give em another chance cause the food is good... it will be reluctantly and far into next year.Poor server coulda had a Christmas sized tip... instead... coal.
