The buns on my burgers were cold. The lady in the kitchen was touching her face and armpits all the time. She kept making French fries and didn't wash her hands. She just put on latex gloves and that was it.

Got 2 ghost burgers one was even a 4 patty monster and was lettuce wrapped and prepared to perfection. The girl working the counter provides beyond excellence of service to the customers and the man preparing the food does a amazing job. 7pm on Oct. 2nd 2024

The two girls that were working the place were fabulous. They kept a level head and were kind while they were running around like a chicken without a head. What was especially impressive was that one girl who was working was working with a broken leg. Idk if the lack of staffing is due to a management issue or what, but those two girls should not have been working alone. They were so stressed.

Visited Friday 7/26. The store was pretty busy and you could hear employees asking where the manager went….well he was out in the tables watching movies on his phone. The store manager sitting around setting an example it makes sense why this location struggles so much!!! Need new management!!!!! They don’t get it. His employees did their best to pick up his slack!! Place used to be great sad to see it go so bad so often!
