Just got off work in Tremont Utah at the gas station and I noticed the Arby's connected to it. I went up and got my meal ordered then when I payed my card declined. I definitely have money on it but it said their POS system doesn't like my card. So I just said "its ok!" and started to walk away. WELL, the nice woman at the counter gave me my drink for free (awesome!) I thought at least this wasn't worth nothing! Well then she came out and just gave me my food for free! This place is awesome and I can't wait to come back here again when I'm working at the gas station part. Thank you Arby's for making my day! 😁

Arby's serves up some truly delicious roast beef sandwiches. Their chocolate shake is a standout favorite of mine. However, I'd recommend steering clear of the chicken tenders, as they don't quite hit the mark. Everything else on the menu tastes great and offers plenty of options to satisfy your cravings. I've always had friendly service through the drive thru or inside.
Service was good offering everything we wanted. Whipped cream on the jamocah shake. Arby beef sand and reubenwere great as always

We waited in line for 7 mins, then ordered, then waited another 15. We really didn't want to be 'those' people but we left because we had a rental & were on a tight time frame. We went across the road to DQ. Bought food & got back on the freeway, the car ahead of us had just finally got their food. Sorry to the workers.

We waited at the drive thru menu board with no one in front of us for several minutes with no acknowledgement from the staff inside. When we got to the window we waited again for quite some time. We figured it was busy inside, so we were patient. But when the food came it was barely warm, and the sandwiches were a mess, with sauces on the outside of the sandwich. This wasn't something you could eat on the go. Highly disappointing.
Great place to grab a quick bite. It was really clean, and the food was warm and good 👍

If you go through the drive thru, check your order at the window. If you have to go in because they forgot something (and they always do) expect them to ignore you. Also, they will often ask you to pull forward to wait for your food, even if nobody is behind you. This is so they can make their customer wait numbers look better.

They ignore you and plain forget about you. Service took over 40 minutes. They touch the money and the food. Never washed hands. Cleared our order, no attempts to make it right.
