Elwood Utah Arbys:The service is very slow. It takes 20-30 minutes to get my order. I always get the number one and that is the one with cheese. The sandwich is supposed to have enough cheese that it can be seen coming out the sides but they barely have a small squirt that when you open it up it is a small spot. I pay the extra money to get it with cheese and they can’t even cover the sandwich with it. It is a waste of money to get it with cheese as they obviously are out to screw the customer for profit. This location is horrible service and a rip off.

The only consistency here is the Luke warm curly fries, out of the 8 visits ive made in 2 weeks ive had Luke warm fries all but 1 occasion. The turkey sandwich will sometimes come with Swiss cheese or no cheese instead of the cheddar its supposed to have, sometimes it has a lot of meat sometimes its like a veggie sandwich. The roast beef sandwiches sometimes have hot meat, sometimes they put roast beef and Swiss on your chicken cordon blue with no swiss, and no chicken. Basically they just throw stuff together and it might or might not be what you ordered but youre almost guaranteed stale fries.

Edit: I returned here after 4 years to give another try and it took 45 minutes to get my food then it was the wrong food took it back to counter . Guy that ordered before me still didn’t have his food. Waited another 15 and finally asked for my money back. Just to be told that wasn’t possible because I didn’t give them a chance to make it right but im sorry 55 minutes from time I ordered and still no food. I just walked out. I will write a letter to corporate. By the way when I finally walked out they told the guy that ordered before me that the accidentally gave it to me and he would have to wait on some new food. He walked out as well. I guess we are the suckers they got our money and we got nothing in return except an hour wasted of my life. They were super busy by the way there was 4 other people in the whole store. I guess the giant crowd of 6 people overwhelmed them

Never been insulted as a truck driver as by these clowns. They are inside a truck stop but don’t open carry out til 1pm. They prohibit you walking through drive through then they tell you all specials on menu are only for drive through carryout pays full price. Perfect example of screwing truck drivers. I hope this place goes bankrupt

This is not a bad place to eat. I would say that it's not exceptionally good either. It seems like it's always under construction. Also the service is so-so (which is typical for Box Elder County).

Takes an hour to get food. They never have full staff. And weekends are always the worst staff wise. Has been this way since the 2000s. Staff is always courteous but very overwhelmed. I know this personally, because I had friends who worked there in the past. If bosses are reading this, please help them. This location needs stronger management. It may be the pay, I don’t know. But it has always been bad at this location. This is why we only eat there once a year when we crave it and have the time to waste.

Nothing good about this Arby’s. I’m surprised anyone even eats it. My husband tried to surprise me on the way home from work and he spent more time waiting for food than it took to get home from Salt Lake City. Not mention how they had the audacity to put this nasty crusty piece of meat on the sandwich blows my mind. The health department definitely is getting a call. Unless they just have incompetent employees they used to be good. Back in 2000.
