Cast Iron Bistro was recommended by a friend. We ate the biscuits and gravy, sourdough French toast and breakfast burrito. They were all amazing! The French toast was crispy, the crispy potatoes were so great. everything was cooked perfectly and so tasty. It was 100% worth the drive. We took home the lemon blueberry sourdough loaf and that was perfection as well. We were so impressed!

The Cast Iron Bistro was delicious. I got their burger and loved it. It had an English muffin for a bun, which was really fun. The menu is very limited and I think it also rotates. They are also only open on Friday and Saturday and sometimes they’re even closed on those days. If they are open, it’s worth stopping in and getting something delicious to eat.

We were out riding UTV’s and decided to stop here for lunch. It is a cool small town atmosphere and they have amazing food. I had the burger and waffle fries and they were amazing. Everyone in our group agreed that it was one of the best burgers they have had. It was so good I went back the following week with my wife and had brunch. I had the chicken fried steak and eggs and my wife had the sourdough French toast. They were both amazing as well. Not only is it a great place to stop and eat if you are in the area, it is worth the drive!

This place is a hidden gem! We are always on the lookout for good quality food and we found it here! It was an excellent experience. The atmosphere is so neat and the food was divine. We had a party of 4 and all agreed it was the BEST burger we’ve ever had. And the owners were lovely people! We even got some pastries for the road. It’s worth the drive. Such a cute place!

Locally family owned gourmet restaurant. Lunch menu was small, 4 to 5 entrees, several sides, salads, soup, desserts, etc., but Food was freshly prepared and delicious. Food quality was excellent and the owner/waitress was very attentive and helpful. The historical building the restaurant is in has been meticulously restored and contains many old photos and antiques from the mining days. This really a hidden gem of a restaurant.
Parking: Parking lot is small, but so is the restaurant. Street parking available too.

We did a catering order for 26 full grown men from this place while we stayed at The Vicarage in Eureka. They were terrific. The meal was hot, delicious and very filling. I would love to dine in there sometime because the ambiance was so cute and rustic! The proprietors are good, hardworking people, you can tell.

Such a wonderful time, the epitome of cozy small town dining, the owners are so friendly and attentive, almost every baked product is sourdough based, which is incredible, I ordered the patty melt, and it was probably the best I’ve ever had, the sourdough toast was perfect and had a wonderful crust, the cheese was generous and gooey, the onions grilled to perfection, it was amazing, definitely worth the trip from Provo, you HAVE to make a stop here.
