I've eaten here twice, both for breakfast. This morning I tried the sourdough ham sandwich and it was delicious. The bread was toasted just right, there was plenty of ham that wasn't stringy with fat, and the cheese was melted perfectly. It's a little pricey and calorie indulgent for breakfast so it won't be often, but I drive through that area almost daily and I'm glad I have the option.

I had the French dip sandwich and I had the clam chowder soup. Both were easily among the best I've had. They're not cheap, but they are really good. I'd highly recommend giving them a try if you haven't already.

You know how sometimes the food in a place is great but the customer service lacks... or sometimes the service is great but you'd rather bring your own food? How many places do you know that have five stars in both? Seriously, how many? I can think of two in the whole world. One is the Corner Station Deli in Fairview Utah. It is an hour from my house. I will, on purpose, pass every restaurant between here and there to have one of their amazing sandwiches... and leave feeling like the world is right and good because of how I was treated by the owner and her staff. One bite and you understand the look on Vigo's face.

The food was delicious! Our group got the turkey bacon avacado, the French dip, and wild west panini. Everything was delicious. It arrived very quickly and the service was amazing. The only problem we had was that it was a little cold in there, but they had little electric fireplaces to try to counteract that. Overall wonderful experience.

Pretty good food most of the time. Couple of times that I went it was missing items from the sandwiches I ordered but I've been here lots and really enjoy the sandwiches. Lots of really good options. Only reason it's not five stars is it can be a little chilly in the dining room and one time that I went it took 45 minutes to get the food. I'll definitely be coming back here.

On our way to Manti, we stopped at the Corner Station Deli for a quick bite to eat. Nolan took our order and made a wonderful Cubano and Italian sandwiches. We also got a cup of soup and chocolate mousse. Delicious meal! 25 min later as we arrived at our Bed and Breakfast, my husband discovered he had left his pack with his wallet and medication back at the Corner Station Deli. We called and sure enough, it was there. Thanks to whomever turned it in. Thanks to Nolan who held it for us. What could have been disastrous weekend turned out to be a wonderful experience.

Every time we go to the Deli I find a new favorite sandwich. They're just that good! New fav is the Prime Rib Melt. It comes with horseradish sauce and Au Ju. Who ever come up with this one knew what they were doing. 5 stars all day!
