Sabrina the general manager at this Arby’s is a horrible horrible person I called to let them know that we waited in the drive-through for 30 minutes before we got our food and they forgot some of the food so I called in and let them know that they could do better. I didn’t ask for anything free or anything else all I said was they could do better and she told me That I was a horrible person and then I attacked her over the phone by saying that and that it was degrading, then I went in after she hang up on me and she told me that she was gonna call the cops because at the time I didn’t know she was the general manager of this particular Arby’s and so I asked for the store manager‘s name or the district manager‘s name And she refused and told me that she was just gonna call the cops and that she wouldn’t help me, although she had no idea who I was, and that she felt unsafe of course the entire time she hit in the back of the store and there was nobody basically in the store when I went in The entire time, she never even asked what the problem was when all she really had to say all I was really looking for was for her to say I’m sorry we could do better next time. I didn’t tell her that our food was cold after 30 minutes. I didn’t even tell her that you didn’t give me the ranch Like you promised horrible person.

They’ve forgotten one of my two items for the last 3 visits and I’ve only visited 3 times. They actually included the sauce for the item that they didn’t even give me this time so I guess progress. I’m good.

Drive through. Sock l have spoke to many times my order. It is a matter of being sorry this store needs training and better Management. 3 time the worst customer service ever. There were more. I think the owner came up to the window asking me why l was yelling at the here employee. I just said l was not and l told here that was not the first time. She replied
“ Why did you come back ? I don’t why the corporate allows her to run a business this way. She doesn’t know how to do customer service and training her team.

If you order a shake on a Mobile order and their shake machine is broken then it will automatically change your pickup address to a completely different Arby's. What a joke.
Not only did I wait for 35 minutes for my order of a classic roast beef sandwich and a small curly fry. The food was cold and no sauce just a simple sorry for the wait. Iam sorry also I won't be back

I am so not impressed with the night manager this past Saturday night. The manager is not supposed to be mean to the customer no matter how frustrated they get. I wanted to talk to her again to find out if we could find a solution, she just walked away from the window after putting me down. I am a customer service guru. I'm also a manager of a fast food restaurant.You never talk to a customer the way I was talked to. Never coming here again.
