It took way too long to get our food especially since there were only about six people in the lobby that had ordered and not gotten their food yet. Four of those people were my family members so we were on one order. When we did finally get our food it was cold. I got the cravings box with a chalupa, cinnamon twists, and a rice cheese and bean burrito. The chalupa was not only cold but hard. I couldn’t bite through it, it was more of a rip. The bathrooms were gross and the customer service was slow and rude. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION!!!!

Came here late ordered at drive thru and when I took a few bites I noticed my chalupa was spicy but also it was cold . My daughter took a few bites on the Chicken quesadilla it was also cold and cheese was not even melted. I looked at my receipt and noticed jalapeño was added on my chalupas and crunchy taco, and I didn’t ask for jalapeños. The food was all very cold ! It’s sad the new generation don’t know how to cook food now days . Or how to take orders correctly.

Waiting for a dash here is horrendous been waiting for 15 mins for 5 mins wasn’t even greeted they tryrr to hand me the wrong order and still no order 10 mins later REMEBER THE DASHERS DELIVERING FOOD TO YOUR CUSTOMERS I LET THEM KNOW EVERYRHING THATS HAPPENING! I’m now 15 mins late to pick up order! Around 6:10-6:25pm pic of workers that were making food on fronts side

I had an upsetting experience at the taco bell in farr west tonight. I was out dashing and the customer requested sauce as she had forgotten to request some on her order and the lady at the drive thru was very rude and wouldn't give it to us even after showing her the message of the customer requesting it.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I went to this Taco Bell on Saturday and they told me to order at the kiosk. Except it doesn't have the spicy potato taco on it. Anywhere. An employee tried to help me out and he couldn't find it either. It's so pathetic that I stood there for 15 mins and they couldnt find it or allow to order in person. I finally got so frustrated that I just up and left. The customer is not always right, but you should make it right. Absolutely horrible experience.

We ordered food took 15 minutes then told us if we we were not ordering then to leave and then we told them that we did, and she said it never came through and then showed her our online receipt and she said she could do nothing about it so 1 star terrible service

Bought nachos. Whoever put them together threw a clump of cold overcooked refried beans onto some chips and barely put any cheese or meat on. They looked awful and the taste was even worse. The few chips that did get any sauce on them were soggy.

So i say adidos…. I come up behind d be vehicle in front of me, then i see cell phone out the window taking pic of me, i wave hen truce off when able, what kind of childess mess is that!!!!!!! Never go there again!!!

I love Taco Bell but I’d avoid this location like the plague. Our order took forever and go to find out it had been sitting in the back for 15 minutes. During that time they messed up pretty much every other order that came in. I’d love to tell you what the new chalupa tastes like but they forgot to put it in our bag and I wasn’t about to turn around and deal with them again.
