I was in the drive thru for 30 min!!!!! Gave me my food that was cold!!!!! Asked for food that was actually warm! Seemed to be such an issue and inconvenience!!!!!

drive through experience sucks!!! this is the second time i’ve waited 20 minutes or more for my food. there was one truck in front of me and that’s it!! nobody was inside. me personally when i go through a drive through i expect to get my food fast that’s pretty much the point of a drive through so you don’t have to wait inside.

I’m extremely disappointed with the hygiene standards at this place. The cleanliness was absolutely unacceptable. There were flies everywhere, which made the entire experience very uncomfortable and unsanitary.

I'm an old lady with lots of great A&W memories. Imagin my disappointment. I ordered the burger combo. The place was empty. No drive thru business. 20 minutes to get my food. Cold little burger and cold fries. Also found out the burger meet is so skinny I almost couldn't tell it was there.

The lady at the drive through looked high as hell and didn't even know what we ordered. When we told her what was on the receipt she said "oh I didn't know because it shows you paid for it" uh no duh we paid for it we are waiting for our food. Then asked if we needed our water that we ordered like she wasn't gonna give it to us if we didn't say anything. Waited 20 minutes from payment to food order just to receive small portions of food. None of the workers there even looked like they were even trying to push out orders. Ordered a 3 piece chicken tender for 6 bucks just to receive small tenders and only 2 which should've been one with the size of them. This location is the worst I've ever been to.

It's the closest A&W to where I live and I normally love their food. But the one up in Plymouth has always had less than stellar service. Missing items from our order and customer service that is greatly lacking. I wish this location would close so I would stop coming here hoping things have gotten better.
