This place is in dire need of a good cleaning. Top to bottom. I have never been to a place so filthy. No matter where you looked from floors, walls, soda fountain, floor, napkin holders, seats. It was nasty. Down to used chew pouches in the bench cracks. The food was decent. I was nervous about eating there. It's the next day and I'm not sick, so that's a plus.

Good taste, and nice workers but they forgot my sauces, bacon in my double bacon cheeseburger, and the jalapeno and spicy sauce in my fiancees spicy cheese burger. We did get a free root beer freeze though.

Cashier wasn't paying attention to orders . She had to ask multiple times I was just ordering a #1 no onions after waiting 20 minutes for order it wasn't my order . Plus all the tables needed wiped down no clean at all worst A&W I've been to !

Needing a sodium overdose this is the place. Burger was overly salty, more so than the fries. Friendly counter help but Slow service, fountain machine broke down and in alarm. Place could use a health inspector visit.

I ordered 2 meals it took 45 minutes. WORST apeaing food I have ever been seen the chease was black. They cooked the burger on top of the cheese. They made me another one. Total time from order to getting my burger 45 minutes

Stopped for gas, thought we’d get a quick bite to eat. 25 min after ordering the girl at the counter asked if she can help me with something. I said ya I’m eating for my order, so another 10 minutes later I got my food and it was blah. On top of it all every restaurant table was dirty.

Great food as i was sitting here in the restaurant I noticed an elderly woman and her son walk in, up to the register they walked and Noone came to greet them. They went to proceed outside and I stopped them. Mind you I have been in customer service for 15+ years and they were hungry and I did not like the service they didnt even received. There for plz get some ppl in here that know what their doing and know what they're doing!!!!! Bad customer service all the way around!
