Brink's Grill & Country Store

Like many travelers passing through the canyon, we decided to stop by after reading some reviews and it turned out to be one of the best decisions of our trip.
We had an absolutely satisfying lunch at Brink’s Grill.

The Mongolian BBQ was particularly impressive, as it’s not something I often encounter. Fresh vegetables and quality ingredients were carefully prepared, allowing each guest to create their own combination of meats, noodles, and sauces. Watching the chef stir-fry everything to perfection right before your eyes adds to the whole experience both visually and gastronomically delightful.

Brink’s Grill truly delivers the joy of a well-balanced meal made with care. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fresh, flavorful, and memorable dining experience in Glendale.

What a great concept for a restaurant, fill a bowl with your stirfry choices, add the sauces, and it’s quickly cooked up for you. We had a really delicious meal; I had two bowlfuls, both of which were really good, my husband had two bowls and a burger. My only regret is that we didn’t go there the night before as well! The staff were all very friendly, helpful, and efficient. Can’t recommend it highly enough!

Such good fresh food. Mongolian grill style all you can eat. Owners were friendly and it was nice to hear about the original building and how they were able to build on the legacy.

This small town restraunt was a nice surprise. The mongolian style stir-fry grill was delishious and everyone was able to get all the fixins they liked best. It was all you can eat, so everyone left with full bellies. We even got an ice cream scoop to go. The family owned service and atmosphere was great. I would definitely recommend a visit.

I'm a tourist in Utah and this looked like an easy and authentic stop on the way to Bryce park. Didn't disappoint! Everyone was the most welcoming and loved the food - banging noodles and burgers

One of the best breakfasts I have had in a long time. Friendly waitress and the cook even came out to see if everything was cooked right. Highly recommend.

First time eating here. We didn't realize it was an all you can eat stir fry and hamburgers. We gave it a shot and it was delicious. I could only eat one burger and one plate of stir fry but worth it. The cook was friendly and did a great job. We accidentally bought the wrong drink sold for the store not the restaurant but the host said no worries it happens. Nice staff and good food. They do breakfast until 11:30. We'll try that next time.

Passing through town, I and my husband just wanted to split a burger. We shared a cheeseburger, got 2 sodas and a cheesecake. It was not worth the $40 they charged us. The staff was not friendly

Highly recommend! All you can eat for 20$ we are stir fry which you can compose yourself. Also tried the cheeseburger - very juicy with nicely roasted buns. Cheesecake was delicious!
