Such a fun and unique stop! This place is much more than just a store and restaurant — it’s an experience. The highlight is the all-you-can-eat interactive grill, where you can build your own stir-fry and burgers exactly how you like them. Watching everything cook fresh right in front of me made it even better.

The food was flavorful and satisfying, and the whole setup makes it great for families, road-trippers, or anyone who enjoys customizing their meal. I especially loved that you can go back for more and try different combinations.

What really surprised me was that it’s also a country store and gift shop. They have a wide variety of items — cowboy hats, belts, souvenirs, snacks, ice-creams and other fun things to browse while you’re there. It gives the place a cool western vibe and makes it feel like a destination rather than just a quick meal stop.

Overall, great food, a fun interactive dining concept, and a neat shop to explore. Definitely worth stopping if you’re in the area!!

I love Mongolian style bar-b-que. Brink's has a new take - a flat top instead of the circular top. That's where the difference ends. O
Brink's has a great selection of meat (beef, chicken, pork, and sausage), veggies (almost every kind), and a wonderful selection of oils and sauces.
It was so much fun to watch your food cooked in front of me. Children will love it!
Great vegan and vegetarian options (had lunch with a vegan and they loved it)
It end result was delicious!
The owners are both cook and server. They spent a lot of time making sure our experience was as good as the food
In addition, there is a nice small general store for those traveling through.

We love the unique setting and the fact that a lot of the original building has been preserved to connect to past generations. Great food! Didn't leave hungry 😉. We also enjoyed the large servings of dessert. Thanks for your great and friendly service!

Brink’s Grill is the best surprise on our road trip to Bryce Canyon. The make your own Mongolian BBQ was perfect for my whole family. Had lots of meat as well as vegan options including tofu and tons of veggies. 10/10 !

This was a random stop for us and it did not disappoint! SUPER friendly and welcoming staff, AMAZING stir fry,, great country feel, and wonderful chocolate lava cake! Definitely stop by on your way up 89!
