Liked the food, Taste good but they never given me my Sauces. Take the drive thru since we just finish camping. Order creek food and got ask for ranch. never got them once park getting ready to head home and informed my boyfriend that didn’t even got Fork or even my sauce and my boyfriend went inside to get them and got mad at him and tried to charge extra when we just got out of the drive thru. Didn’t even got a receipt either. Poor customer service

First time eating at the Grantsville Restaurant. Order combos and was not given the fries. No big deal. When i went to the counter to ask for my frys with my reciept i witnessed what appeared to be the manager completely belittling a frustrated customer that had the same problem that i did. The manager in no way attempted to de-escalate the situation but instead comtinued to talk to what appeared to be a veteran like he was his child in front of other customers like myself. Completely uncalled for. I understand the business can be stressful but it gave the manager no right to talk to a customer like that. The food was great. I will not return to that reataurant as lomg as the same manager is in charge. He completely projected his frustrations out of an older gentlemen who should have been treated with a little more decency.

Food was good, but not the portion they gave me. A small bag of fries, a 1/2 pound burger, and a large drink: $17. That is outrageous! I could get 2 meals for that price at McDonalds! The lady in the back, handling all the burgers just kept slapping the fire out with a towel, while I’m standing here waiting for my food for 10 minutes straight, and there is a line and no one is at the front. Some place this manager is running here. Do Better!

We stopped here on our way home from visiting the salt flats. My kids were hungry and we were unfamiliar with the area so we took a chance on this place. We were pleasantly surprised when we showed up and it seems to be somehow related to a chain we like (Apollo) and the food was delicious. We got "American burger" meals and the kids got a corn dog meal and a cheeseburger meal. Everything was generously sized and the beer batter style fries were so good. Restaurant was pretty clean including bathrooms and the staff was friendly.

Waited nearly 30 minutes in drive through. There's no way it takes 30 minutes to cook a hamburger. Sorry. Signs say they are short-handed. If the owner paid a fair wage there would be plenty of workers.
