I’m currently waiting in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. Not because of a long line. The opposite, I’m the only customer here. Their payment system didn’t recognize my transaction so even though the charge is showing on my card they refused to give me the food. Absolutely ridiculous and I’ll bet the food is going to be awful because they’re annoyed with me.

The window and light said open til 10pm. We went through drive through today @ 9:30pn and ordered a #12 no veggies, guac or sour cream. A super nacho just beans meat cheese and sour cream and a chicken sopas just meat bean and cheese. I am allergic to the sour cream and guac. We didn’t get any drinks even though it was a meal, we didn’t get any sauces and they didn’t do the order right. They put everything on the nachos and the sopas. And the lady at the window was super rude. When I got home I tried calling the place since it was supposed to be still open and no one would answer the phone. I took pics and will be going down in the morning to get my money back. This ticks me off. I should have just made me something at home to eat. Won’t be going there again

I got rancher burrito and was good. But street tacos are the worst ones I’ve ever had. Dead vibes inside. If you want something just to eat, I would recommend but not for good food. Still burrito was decent so I would give it a 4. Probably my friends will rate this place 1 star.

We ordered a Chimichanga combination and did not get our rice and beans. It did not taste the greatest. The chicken nachos we ordered also did not taste the best. The portion of chicken put on top was overloaded. I couldn't even tell if I received the extra guacamole we paid for. Most of my dinner went into the garbage. It was not edible.

A little difficult to find and recognize, not being a local resident, but tacos were great! Very good size, & great flavor! I had shrimp tacos and carne Asad. If I'm ever in Grantsville, I'll go again.

My food was served at an okay pace and the young lady who took my order was very kind. There is a lot of negative reviews on this betos but I don’t have any complaints. 👍
I just left betos and although I love their food their employees tonight not so much. The girls that were working were playing on there phones not really caring. But the one girl behind the ice cream counter was not professional in any way. She was talking very loudly on the phone swearing in front of customers along with playing with her next to the ice cream. I was excited about trying the ice cream since it was my first time going since they had ice cream but very quickly decided not to. I was super excited to go to betos but by the end of my experience was definitely disappointed with the experience. I hope they talk to these employees about the negligence and professionalism /5/25 @7pm

Drove up to the drive through speaker at 8:42pm. I looked over at the window after no response and the employee at the drive through was on her phone and shut the window immediately after she looked up at my car. After trying to get a response through the speaker some girl responded “sorry we’re not taking any more orders” this was at about 8:50pm. 2nd time this happens. Service is TERRIBLE!

I'm just upset cuz last night I ordered a Texano an the hash browns were hard as a rock i don't know if they were old or what but couldn't eat the rest cuz of it. Usually love betos. An somehow my bill was 47 bucks for 3 burritos an a horchata

I’ve been to a lot of Beto’s locations restaurants it’s actually one of my favorite places to eat and have always had about the same friendly ish customers service and have always been happy with them I’ve been to this grantsville location more than a few times and the lady who works the morning shift is absolutely amazing and always seems to go above and beyond without trying now the younger girl who is usually in the afternoon/night shift is horrible it’s a completely different environment she doesn’t want to help she won’t add stuff to your food “because the chef doesn’t want too” and I’ve on average spend about $25 and for the same thing I always get I spend $35 like she upped the price on me long story short this was my last straw I gave it a chance and she is just absolutely horrible this is actually my first review I’ve ever wrote and betos is one of my number one spots definitely going to be a hard time going back to this location
