I arrived at this location about 3 hours before my appointment to pick up a load. I noticed they were busy working, but they still allowed me to stay and directed me to the waiting area. Within 5 minutes, they called me and assigned me a door.
The lady who answers the phone was very kind and patient, as was the woman who loaded me. Maybe I just got lucky this time, but gestures like these really lift our spirits as drivers out on the road every day.
I wish more places treated drivers the way they do here. Thank you for your professionalism and respectful attitude!

Guys, they go strict by appointment. Their grace period is 15 minutes 🙂. I was 40 minutes late because of my previous load, and they rescheduled for Wednesday, and today is Friday . I am shocked... I canceled and found another one .

They usually take by appointment but let you get it on the yard. Had appointment here at 3:30 and they called me at 3 o’clock with the door. By 3:30 was loaded. Once you get a door they will load up fast. Was here 2 times every time is the same. Clean restroom inside of the office

Loaded in about an hour. No overnight parking. Once you are at gate, call number. You’ll go on scale and call them again. They’ll tell you your empty weight. Go to stage parking lot. Wait for dock assignment. Move tandems back. Once you are loaded, adjust tandems, go on the scale and call them again. They need your loaded weight. Proceed to stage parking and pick up your bills.
