It’s a bunch of teenagers sitting and talking. Food isn’t that great. We waiting a long time for a drink while they sat and talked. Threw down our food, and was overall rude. We found multiple hairs in our food. No aprons, no hair nets. Was not a good experience.

I ordered the banana split and they asked me what I wanted on it. I said everything, not expecting how much they would put on it. It was covered with every topping you could think of and was perfect to share with my family. Ht e battered fires are amazing and the ranch is the best I've had.

There’s always a long wait. While the menu is similar to Main Freeze you can tell they put less love into their food. The atmosphere always seems rush and chaotic. If you order anything that’s not ice cream it takes longer than you expect from a fast food restaurant.

If you are reading it, never come to this place. I was visiting Moab coming from Salt Lake City. I've planned to have some meals at Shelle's, so back home we come through Salina what made our trip 2h longer. My first time here was not that good of an experience but the shake is very good. It made me come again. The problem is, we were 9 people sitting and waiting for any kind of attitude from the crew. The first time here I felt like a stupid person waiting until someone says something like "I'll be with you shortly" or "give me a minute please". Now at this second visit they didn't move a muscle towards us and after more then 20 min all the stuff was looking at my family though the machines and laughing at us. I've never felt so ashamed in front of them . I made them wait so long to have fun and suddenly they were so sad and disappointed. Unbelievable. We were just quiet and left .

Yes, I stopped in to grab lunch for myself. And the customer period the food was awful. Period I had their steak Sandwich. Ideally, you would think that they would use a good choice of meat. It is a block of I'm not sure what period please remove it from your menu, it's misleading. PeriodThe Sandwich is something I would never feed my dog.It's no, it's not designed for human consumption.

Tried their sticky Chicken (breaded, coated in sweet and spicy sauce), their pastrami burger, and their fish and chips. The sticky chicken was the best, but everything was pretty good. Took a bit to get the food, but not too terribly long.
