The John Wayne photos on the wall were cool but so was the service. 3 of us walked in but no was interested in helping us. We checked in the bar after 15 minutes, the only staff there was chatting with some of the customers at the bar. We were offered whiskey or water to drink. We choose water and it was hand dipped out of a 5-gallon bucket. The burgers tasted good, the fries were not cooked all the way.

For many years it was something it just is not anymore. It is real nice to stop and sit. Cool bar and history. The food didn't taste bad considering my burger half hit the bun and the slice of cheese only half hit my burger. A handful thrown of side lettuce, onion, pickle and condiment packages. 2 cheese burgers and 1 bud light was well over 30$. Host/cook/ cashier was so stupid taking the order that we didn't trust him to cook our food. It's too bad. Unless a change is made i can think of 30 people or more that will be eating there own sandwiches in the parking lot while otherwise enjoying Hanna.

We have tried it on three separate occasions, one for breakfast and two for dinner. It has been terrible every time! The waitress was nice, but the cook and especially the guy running the store acted like we were putting them out by being there. Just flat out rude and no respect for customers. Needless to say, three strikes and we won't ever be back.

We walked in younger guy said nothing until we sat down because he was on his phone. We waited for female server to bring us menus and brought us drinks. She came back to place our order and in the middle of it he rudely interrupts and starts talking about bagged ice for the next minute which felt like forever and very rude as the customer. I would have hoped the server would have asked the cook to wait a minute as she was busy with customers which she didn't. After waiting thirty minutes and hearing mega death blaring in the kitchen we got our food. While eating we heard another couple ask what the soup of the day was and he stalled and said whatever is in the fridge today and laughed...made us concerned with the quality of food we were going to get. While we were eating he came and gave us our bill and just stood there and watched us uncomfortably until he said annoyingly can we take care of your bill and asked for my husbands card to take. He didn't feel comfortable doing that and went to pay for our meal before he had even finished his. When we were ready to go right after that I asked for a to go box because I had a half plate of huge fried mushrooms and he rudely just points to the one on the table that would have filled small sides of sauces. Definitely won't go back unless the owner is working and not this younger guy

If your ever in Hanna Utah please do stop by for lunch but you musnt leave until you had their Homemade blueberry 🥧 pie. I loved it!! Best pie this side of Tabiona 😂. Not to mention the friendly old school surroundings and service It was just like it should have been. And I'm a super picky foodie that gives 1 to 5 stars. This place deserves ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐+⭐
We usually love this place , young cook and the biscuit and gravy was as hard as a hockey puck and gravy watered down . Not sure what was going on with the eggs. Only thing good was the bacon. Took back the brisket and grave and came back still hard and gross. Didn't even take it off the bill. . .

The worst service ever!! My wife ordered BBQ ribs, then she received 2 ribs COLD!! the pork tested like reheat meat, $19.90 for that garbage food??? The coleslaw was terrible and for sure not fresh because the color of the carrots!! 6 more orders of hamburgers and all French fries burned out and dry!!! It looks almost 45 min to get the order, again this place is better closed that open.
