Disappointed. You won’t find me going there again. Chili’s is not what it used to be. I ordered a ribeye but got an overcooked, diseased sirloin. It looked gross…all gray and overdone, gummy, chewy fat throughout…like something from a sci-fi movie. Ew. The food had things in it. They were very apologetic and offered a very small discount on the one item on the bill that had some “extra ingredients”. Gee, thanks guys. They even offered more of their unsatisfactory food that I could take home. Very unsatisfied the whole way around. You won’t find me anywhere near a Chili’s. There are so many options out there, why would go to Chilis and spend way too much for that low quality, low value food. This is why these places go out of business…you won’t see me shedding a tear if it does.

Indirectly rushed the entire time to leave by the guy with long hair at the bar, with an hour left open, made to feel like an inconvenience... I understand if it's 20-30m before closing but not an hour. I'm a paying customer and should be treated the same as a customer showing up at 1pm...

I liked the flavor of my sirloin steak and the meat was good, but it came out cold. The potatoes came cold as well. Margarita Chicken was good as well.

Very annoying bartender that needs to lay off the drugs before coming to work. Also the music blaring from the kitchen was also very pleasant when there’s also music playing in the dining area.

We went in excited for the trending triple dipper. Grease pouring out. Burnt sauce on the chicken. Only thing good was the burgers. We are ill. Sick. Nauseous. Stick to Taco Bell. Don’t fall for the scam.
