The boneless wings had a heavy thick coating that was hard as a rock and the French fries we way over salted. I won’t be wasting my money here again.

I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

This is actually Chili’s operating under an alias, I guess to escape their reputation. I ordered wings with buffalo sauce, which as you can see is very watery and doesn’t stick to the wings pretty much at all. The chicken itself was fine. This could be a lot better if they used a better sauce, weren’t so stingy with it, and put the fries in a separate container.

Just ordered a 12pcs combo with ranch and it came with 11pcs, no ranch and the fries looked like they just came out of the trashcan, the worst service that I've ever got

I was a regular for lunch and loved the boneless wings, and curly fries. Since they stopped the curly fries I can't recommend anyone go there. The new fries are like limp potato noodles filled with Elmer's glue. Why would customers continue to purchase a meal there when half the container is trash?
I am really disappointed. The fries were terrible. What happened to the curly fries? And my chicken. It was fat heavy. This used to be my go to wings place. Now?? I'm not sure

I really enjoy the wings, the sauces, and the fries, though I do miss when you guys used to do them curly.That being said, I dislike the tiller that I inquired about my order. I felt that she was unprofessionally, condescending over a text I had received about my order being done sooner than it was.
Decent wings for the price. Place is operated out of Chili’s which is different but not an issue. Didn’t know about this place until I did a google maps search. Not sure why it isn’t advertised a little more.Overall food was decent, not great but good. We live 10 minutes from this location and by the time we got home, the food was barely warm, which was odd. Either the food was sitting for a while and/or wasn’t kept in a warmer. Weird thing is, according to the food tracker, we were in the to go spot well before our food was ready.Flavors seem to be the same as what Chili’s offers which makes sense. The Parmesan garlic is more of a dressing than actual Parmesan garlic wings you would get at most restaurants. Wouldn’t recommend, but the sweet chili and the honey chipotle is tasty. Wings had a lot of meat but the cooking consistency varied. Some wings were overcooked, some barely cooked enough.Recommendation for management: throughput seems to be decent, but quality seems to be lacking. Based on reviews a simple process check and flavor testing would take this place from three stars to five stars based on pricing.

You'll be better off buying frozen wings and fries at your local grocery and cooking them. This was absolute cold stale garbage, on top of that, only half of the wings were a quarter sauced.
