Tbh I’m kinda ticked off because I had to wait 10 minutes for this one person to order and then while waiting in a chair infront of the enployees someone completely takes my spot and then they took that persons order right after, and then I just completely left.

Food was great BUT the guy working ( a bigger guy with a beard) seemed like he was put out to make us 4 sandwiches !! Now being a executive chef ( trained and worked in some 5 star restaurants ) one thing you need is customer service and this guy had none !! If i was the owner i would fire him on the spot !! The other employee was great i wish they would wear name tags because he deserves recognition !!

I eat this restaurant all the time it's clean and the staff is friendly Aspen helped me make my experience very good the sandwich she made for me was very well done and she was very nice and respectful and made my order very well and professional i recommend this place

I normally don’t do this but I had to send this story off to corporate. I don’t blame any one employee there but this experience was very unusual. - “I tried to use a subway gift card to make my purchase and the employees in the store told me my card was not a gift card, even though I have used it as a gift card at another location. I asked them again if they were sure it wasn’t a gift card and then they were very short with me and told me that my card was NOT a gift card. I told them I knew they were wrong, but still paid for the order. However I ended up driving up the street to the North Ogden location and I walked into that store and showed my car to the employees there and they verified with me that it was indeed a gift card. They asked to see my receipt, and they showed me on my receipt that there was a gift card balance. So then I said thank you and went back to the Harrisville location, and I walked in to ask to see a manager. They said there was no manager. Then I asked if it was common practice for a subway to not have a supervisor/manager. They said I could contact the owner but did not give specific contact info for this individual. So then I told them I verified with the north Ogden location and they said my card was a gift card. So then I asked for a refund. However they were unfamiliar with the refund process. They ended up giving me cash back. I was overall very concerned with the whole process, and believe that the lack of a manager was super concerning and I don’t blame the workers for being falsely trained but also I wondered how many other people who had gift cards had they turned away. So, I don’t normally do this sort of a thing, but I felt writing to corporate was warranted. “

This is not my usual Subway, but I had a good experience yesterday and wanted to share! The girl who helped me, Keely I think, was so sweet. She did her job well and my order was perfect. But she was also just upbeat and nice, even though she seemed like she was doing everything while the other girls were just chitchatting and doing nothing. Maybe Keely is the manager? Either way. She was great!!

I'm from Salt Lake, but was in Ogden for the day. I stopped by this Subway and was amazed how great the customer service was. The lady that helped me was Keely, I believe. She was friendly and was always smiling. She asked me how my day was. She made sure, when making my sandwich, that I had everything I wanted before ending the transaction.

I went in with my son this afternoon to go grab us some sandwiches and as I entered the store I was greeted with the sweetest hello. I walked up to 2 ladies one was older with darker hair and the other was younger with some blonde and purple in her hair. The older one toasted my sandwich’s and younger one helped me put my toppings on and I just have to say these 2 ladies gave me the best service I have ever had from this location. Very kind and very attentive to what I wanted and also didn’t just leave me with a sandwich that was bare. I wish I caught the names of these 2 ladies but they were awesome and I hope when I go there I catch them there everytime!

DO NOT EAT HERE. I wish I could rate a 0. This was by far the most atrocious experience at a subway I’ve ever had. My sister and I went to this location to get lunch for our family. When we walked in we noticed several workers in the back and only one up front. Right away, it was clear that the one up front was very disoriented. It was quickly realized she was HIGH. She attempted to make our 4 subs by literally throwing the ingredients onto the sandwich like Emeril. Our sandwiches were a JOKE. She even proceeded to make one sub completely wrong after being told a few times what it was supposed to be. And yet all the other workers remained in the back. She used dirty utensils (I found out later) and couldn’t ring up our order without a LOT of prompting and assistance from us….the customers. She kept apologizing, telling us she wasn’t well and wasn’t feeling good. She couldn’t even keep her eyes open and was slurring her words. To make this whole ridiculous experience worse, my family and I came down with FOOD POISONING later that night and for most of us, we hadn’t eaten anything else that afternoon besides the subs. This was such a disgusting experience. I truly hope management addresses this asap.
