I have probably eaten at 30 Costa Vida's, and this was the slowest one I have ever been to. There was two people in front of me, and it still took them close to 15 minutes to make one salad. Two employees just stood around watching. The manager was taking out trash, wiping things down, and not helping actual paying customers. He has to be clueless.

This place was ridiculously hot in the restaurant. The thermostat read 89 degrees and it made it unbearable to eat in the restaurant. The poor employees who work here must be absolutely miserable. Stop being so cheap and pay for some good air conditioning! Your poor employees shouldn’t have to suffer and neither should the people eating in your restaurant. 🥵🤬

Costa Vida is always good. My complaints were mostly about the temperature and crowds. The temperature was set to 85 degrees and it was over 100 degrees outside. It was packed with people.
AC either wasn’t working or they had it set way to high. They were out of rice and shrimp. The service was extremely slow. Very disappointed.

The young women did bad job on our gluten free food because she put very little pork and cheese in our enchiladas then pushed down too hard make it flat. She isn’t smile at us . She told us no substitute with pork bogo because I am allergies to pork for my stomach. I don’t mind that my sweetheart take pork for herself . She is rudely to us. A guy put very little vegetables in dishes it’s make us feel like not enough in our stomach. I was wondering where is the manager ? They need to training to do correctly amount and do not damage food. They did listened us about gloves change due gluten free strictly.

It kinda seems like the serving size has been downsized a little since COVID, but the food ALWAYS tastes great. I particularly love their cilantro ranch dressing. This time I tried their limited time only Chile Lime Chicken in a burrito and it did not disappoint. Having a BOGO entree coupon always seems to make the food taste better as well. Thanks CV+WS!!!
Mother's Day breakfast could not have been any better!!! Good was unique and scrumptious. Our waiter and server were to notch! Love this place.

Logan deserves a raise he's the 🐐!! Our food was sooooo delicious it made my tum tum jump for joy! He was so kind and made me feel like I was at home. Definitely recommend 10/10 and so everyone should pull up and give Logan a dolla and a holla! Shoutout Logan!!!! Oh yeah did I say Logan was the goat? He is.
