This a food trailer! There is seating in the courtyard but we were in a hurry so didn't take advantage of that. The pizza was excellent! It was like having pizza that had been wood roasted...just wonderful!

Fettuccine Alfredo had no flavor and the portion was significantly smaller than the Sausage Penne we also ordered. The Cannoli tasted burnt, but besides that had no flavor. The chocolate chips were so bitter I couldn't taste chocolate. Also super small compared to Cannoli I've had from other restaurants. NOT worth $7. Won't make the mistake of ordering from here again.

The staff is super friendly and efficient, even with a line of eager customers. Trust me, this food truck is worth tracking down—you won’t be disappointed.
What an amazing wood fired pizza in a cool little food truck round up enviroment. An old oil change building has been converted to tables & live music to enjoy your food out of the elements. Several other food trucks to choose from, but this pizza was spot on. I would highly recommend giving it a try!

Utah Adventure Park location - wood fired pizza truck. Do not hesitate to try. Light Naples style dough. Well made, balanced pizza. Best I’ve had near Park City. And equal to some of the best I’ve had in the style. Good seating area adjacent.

Super authentic outdoor pizza joint. We met the owner. He was really cool. He said he started making pizzas in the 90s and his backyard. What a legend. I don’t remember the exact names of the pizzas we got, but one had chicken, barbecue onions, and cilantro that was super good, maybe my favorite. We got one with goat cheese, Parmesan & arugula, that one was really good as well. Then I ordered a margarita with pepperoni and sausage on top. It was how it should’ve been exactly. That one might’ve been my favorite. The pizza dough is the perfect consistency; not too crunchy, not too chewy. Just right. There’s a lot to choose from on the menu besides pizza. They have and all sorts of things on the menu that I want to try the next time I go. The pizzas aren’t huge so you could actually get 2-4 pizzas between two grown men if you’re really, really hungry. Forgot to get photos. I’ll grab some next time. Definitely going back.
