One of our pizzas was not what we ordered when delivered. Normally this would have been just fine. But our grandson only likes pepperoni and cheese. I called the Heber store to explain what happened and to see how quickly we could get a cheese and pepperoni pizza. They were so kind. The gentleman got his manager. She got right on the phone and said there must have been a mix up and was starting to make the pizza right then. They had the pizza delivered so fast and it was perfect! No charge! Thank you for how fast you responded and how kind you were!

They were really backed up tonight due to the holiday weekend which was very understandable. I was greeted multiple times by employees making sure I had been helped. I was impressed that even being stretched thin they had great customer service.

I placed a order for delivery, the delivery guy “NICHOLAS” said I put the wrong address in (was next door) then asked if I wanted to leave a tip. I said no thank you very respectfully and he proceeded to say “okay next time I’ll leave it the wrong house” . I find this super unprofessional and rude of this delivery guy.

I ordered for pull-up window. I rang the bell 3x. Nobody had the courtesy to either bring my order, or tell me they were not serving at the window. I walked in and told them I had rang the bell. They just looked at me like I was speaking in tongues. Grabbed my food and left. Literally not a single word was uttered to me other than asking for a name on the order. Pizza was good though. At least I know what to expect if I ever come back.

Domino's is always my favorite! Every order arrives fresh, hot, and exactly how I want it. Their crust has that perfect crisp, toppings are generous, and their service is reliably speedy. Definitely my pizza spot of choice!

Let’s be honest, this is a chain restaurant. I have a project here in town, and I buy a pizza for the guys on my job each week.I’ve watched the employees as they take special care in their work. This particular restaurant seems to put a little extra effort into what they do. The managers are considerate and Efficient.

Whoever is responsible for the crew working on 2/14/25 should be fired. The employees were exceptionally rude to my wife and daughter. Somehow it was going to take over an hour for the cheese pizza I had ordered even though the app said it would be finished in minutes. If they’re busy that’s one thing but the rude comments to 13 year old girls is ridiculous. I can promise I won’t ever eat here again and I’ll make sure everyone in my neighborhood/orbit hears about the experience as well and avoid this place.

The person who took our order over the phone had no idea what he was doing. He charged us full price for a pizza we had a special for. He told us the wrong price for wings. When i got the receipt from the delivery driver I about fell over. I talked to someone who was exceptionally rude after. We did not get anything settled. The wings did not have very much sauce on them and were disappointing.
