My daughter who is has autism tried to do a call in order a they hung up on her because they could not understand her on the phone. I would think they would try and call back. But they did not . I found that to be very rude! They lost my business from now on!

Absolutely worst Domino's ive ever ordered from. Every time I place an order it's a problem. I'm not one to leave reviews but this is the last straw. One hour later and my pizza is still being prepped according to the app. I call the store they apologize and say their driver got into an accident. They say it'll be 20 minutes till I can pick it up or up to 40 for it to be delivered. EXCUSE ME!? they say it's out of our control. The accident may have been but cooking the food wasn't and there's no exceptions to that. Even then they could have called and explained the situation. I'll be using any other pizza shop before this store ever gets my money againEdit45 minutes later after I asked them to cancel my order. I ordered from the other Domino's picked up my own food and ate. this store called back and offered a 20 dollar credit for the inconvenience. Thanks for that but if you were able to call be for an apology you could have called with the delay.

Called in because the website didn't want to work and get something with the 50% off all menu items that are going on right now. The manager told me my super cheesy pan pizza won't be refunded if I think it's too soggy. Dude, you're making the pizza! If it's soggy, it's your fault! It's your job to walk the thin line of soggy and super extra cheesy pan pizza. What are they paying you for? Just told him to make it large then. But then I ask about the 50% deal, and he just straight-up tells me he's not gonna give it to me or anyone else. I think he is blocking the coupon from being used, and that's why the website doesn't work. Super disrespectful all around. This guy needs a reality check. We'll see what corporate says about this guy tomorrow .

Very unprofessional "manager" that was working the last time we ordered and chose the carry out option. Didn't notice that our order was wrong until we got home and when we called to make sure someone else didn't get our pizza and vice versa, the employee was completely horrible and is now the reason we will never order from this location again.Very bummed.

I had a specialty thin crust pizza & loaded tater tots delivered on Wednesday and I can't begin to tell you how fantastic the entire process was. The food was absolutely amazing & the service awesome. Paxton was freindly, fast and so professional. Great job Dominos! Top-notch food and service! Keep up the good work!!!!!

So we ordered on Christmas Eve and it was a pick up order. We even ordered the night before and paid. Never asked for any info or number what not. Pizza was done 30 min early and when picked it up it was cold and burnt. So we of course called talk to a manager and he was very kind and gave a credit. So now tonight New Year’s Eve we made an order and my mom went and sat there so it didn’t happen again and used the credit she received from Christmas Eve. Didn’t even order pizza just munchies for tonight nothin to hard right??? Well the person at the counter just threw the boxes in a bag then turned them sideways and these were food items that need to lay flat. I will post pics of the results upon opening the boxes. Upon waiting for the food, several employees who were making pizza and hand touching the dough with no gloves, were touching their hair, phones and handling money at the register then went back to touching the raw dough. I feel sorry for whom receives these pizzas and I hope their families don’t get sick. That’s health code violation no no!!! Any way I will also post the pictures and be sending this to corporate. I’ve never had a problem with them until recently and we r one of the biggest customers during summer with littles cause we live two blocks away from the one on main by reams. Sorry but this needs to be addressed
