Super cute and fun. Nice staff, clean environment etc.
Randomly closes or opens late certain days; without updating hours online.
As a family, we have always enjoyed bowling here but, my experience today was the worst I’ve had anywhere in years! The man that checked us in (Payton) treated me like I was an inconvenience because I didn’t tell him our shoes sizes fast enough. Hey Payton! Maybe if you don’t have the patience to help you customers, you can find a new line of work! Now that I posted this, I see all the others that have complained about this guy too. It’s clear that this guy must be related to the owner. No self respecting business owner would keep this guy working as the face of the business! I have zero respect for this establishment now.
I hesitate to give this bowling alley a low rating, I live pretty much right next door and would love to enjoy this place with my family. Unfortunately we had an awful experience and extremely poor customer service .
Once the kid at the front desk acknowledged us, he told us 5 minutes. After twenty minutes of waiting and watching him immediately help two separate groups who immediately received the two open lanes, I finally approached him— he acted aloof and told us the people who just walked in have been waiting for three hours…? (That’s a laughable wait time, especially when they say they don’t reserve Lanes)?
When we proceeded to ask questions because we didn’t understand what was going on , his response was, “just get out”. Huh?!?
Anyways my husband asked the group because we knew the front desk was being dishonest, and sure enough they confirmed our complaint, “nope we just walked in.” Honestly it was busy and I understand that maybe he just forgot and accidentally skipped over our name that he wrote down, but he proceeded to lie. No sorry’s.
He chose to serve a group of kids instead of a family with a four year old who was crying because he refused us service for zero reason.
Unfortunately my rant wont fix our issue but you should definitely choose a better bowling alley.
I hesitate to even make this review based on how many others have complained about the front desk guy and obviously nothing changes.
It started off poorly, I stood by the front desk desk for 10-15 minutes without even being acknowledged. Then when I did get acknowledged the guy couldn’t even respond to “how are you?” Just a grunt and then I told him I wanted a lane for 3 people. He said it will be 5 minutes and that was fine. We stood there for about 10 minutes before a group of 5 teenage boys walk in and immediately get a lane. I know they didn’t have a reservation because they all bowled on one lane and you can’t reserve individual lanes.
My wife proceeded to ask him calmly why we were being skipped. He proceeded to lie and say “they have been here for 3 hours” which was laughable, we watched them walk in. Then he said they were part of the group in the lane next to them. I told him he is lying and said I’ll just go ask the teenagers and prove he is lying so I did. The teenagers boys said they had just got there and they weren’t with the group next to them. I confronted the employee afree proving he was lying and all he could do was shrug.
If he just said “sorry, they are my buddies” I would have thought that was messed up but at least it would make sense.
My 4 year old daughter left crying and I’m disappointed that the one bowling alley in Heber can’t make the smallest effort in customer service.
Vintage, like stepping back in the 1960/70s. the hamburgers are ridiculously good, will go back just for food. Friendly restaurant staff. The Lanes bowled well. The front desk guy was a little surly but other than that great experience.
Fun place to bowl and great food!
I CALLED AND TOLD THAT YOUTUBERS SNUCK IN AND ALL THEY SAID WAS DONT CARE
The lead manager here seems like he doesn’t want to be here and gives very poor guest service(literally sighed when I tried to order). I ordered one beer and the lady cut me off as she handed it to me (I had not previously been drinking). Very poor service and unwelcoming from Peyton. Which is a shame because it actually is a great bowling alley just miss-managed. Lead manager would not give his name. Seems like they just wanna close early. We came about an hour and a half before closing to spend with my hard earned American money and they didn’t seem to want it
horrible service

Don’t go to this run down dump of a bowling alley. The service is trash and the place is run down.
It has good shakes and burgers. It's pretty cheap, and the experience is great; however, the worker cussed at my children, which ruined the fun for them.
Old school place still has a nice charm to it with really good food too.
Fun times....so grateful something fun for kids to do, is here in this town!
Cute little bowling ally, ZERO improvements over the years. It's overgrown with STUFF on the inside and stuck in the 80s/90s. The price was right and it was just bowling but I felt claustrophobic with all the junk everywhere and the place could definitely use an update.
