Hubby ordered the 3 chicken strip meal at the Heber KFC. He got uncooked chicken strips with gray breading. No receipt was given and he can't go back to complain! He's in his dump truck doing a job in Heber and now has nothing to eat!! DISGUSTING!!! Hope this place goes out of business soon!!

I’m not from Utah, and one thing I notice about this state is that the people are nice but the customer service here can be… rough. 😂 Restaurants, grocery stores, clothing shops you name it. It became kind of a running joke at work.
Then one day we were talking about the one person who’d ever given us truly amazing service. One coworker mentioned their favorite Taco Bell drive-thru experience, another said theirs was at KFC. We’re all laughing, comparing stories, and then it hits us we’re describing the exact same person! Because it’s a Taco Bell kfc combination restaurant.. Same energy, same kindness, same cheerful voice through the speaker. I went there recently and asked and I believe her name is Amber.
Amber is that rare kind of person who makes your whole day better in a 60 second drive thru conversation. She’s friendly, upbeat, genuinely happy to see people, and she somehow manages to make you smile before you even get your food. That’s talent.
Amber, if you ever read this: thank you for being a bright spot for so many people. You deserve every raise, every good thing, and all the luck in the world. I hope your pillow is always cold on both sides, your fries are always hot, you always find lucky pennies, and your playlist never skips your favorite song.
Thank you for reminding us that kindness and joy still exist even at a drive thru window. 🌮🍗💛

The young kid that was working the register on Saturday, Oct 18, 2025 in the Heber UT location was so polite and courteous. I didn’t catch his name but we were very impressed with his customer service skills. Give him a raise!

I think my mashed potatoes were old, they had a weird color and texture. But my nephew loves their lemon cake so we go there when we get a chance.
Did not get one item right on our order. We ordered 4 items received 5 and they forgot to even make 1 had to go back through the drive thru and then got back on the road. Only to find out everything was made with an extremely hot sauce. We didn't order anything with hot sauce. Needless to say it was thrown out on our next stop along our road trip.
