There were two people working right next to the counter when I came in to order. I had to wait many minutes without a greeting or offer to come take my order before they came over to talk to me. It felt weird and I almost decided to walk out. Then I ordered a salad but got a sandwich instead, they switched it but acted bothered. Forgot the bread. Then the salad was so wilted I could only eat some of the toppings and then threw the rest of it away. Such a waste! But I couldn’t eat it. Hope they can work on their fresh ingredients cus that was old and a waste of money.

I have a dairy allergy and normally wouldn't go to kneaders but my family was going so I checked Kneaders's offical Nutrition and Allergen website and it said the only thing that was dairy free was a pumpkin chocolate chip cookie. However when I double checked in the store the clerk said it had loads of butter in the cookies. So you can't trust their official allergen website. Beware of that.

I went in just a little after they opened. Every table in the place was dirty with crumbs and stickiness. The beverage area was nearly out of napkins and coffee creamer. I’m pretty sure no one had touched the customer area since the day before. It makes me wonder about the kitchen? The croissant breakfast sandwich was about on par with Carl’s Jr. The coffee (tinted water?) was awful. I poured it out and went to Starbucks. The staff was nice, thus the extra star (otherwise they would’ve gotten just one).

The stores are always designed with a nice feel. The food and service were terrible. The cranberry sandwich had no cranberry sauce. It was dry with no condiments. When we asked about it they said they had no cranberry sauce. We ordered four different desserts and they brought them out, ten minutes later, on one plate🥴. A lady after us left angry before she ordered, because know one acknowledged her, or asked if she had been helped. All if this, and we were one of two small groups in the restaurant. It was a really weird experience.

Went here for a quick drive through meal. From order to pick up we waited over 35 minutes for a simple Turkey club. Maybe 3 or 4 ppl eating inside so it wasn’t very busy. I guess expectations low these days even though I am paying for what I think is good service
I have always loved stopping at this kneaders in the past. I am from out of town and Have always stopped here when I travel through to get a quick and healthy meal. Today I stopped by in the service was absolutely horrible. Most unhelpful employee Did not answer any of my questions and brought me out the driest chicken pesto sandwich with no pesto anywhere to be found, and A ridiculously small amount of meat, tomato, and cheese between two slices of bread. I’m telling you this sandwich was laughable! Pics don’t do it justice. And it cost over $10! When I went to ask him about at least adding the pesto, he Just told me that he was pretty sure it was on there lol. No attempt to resolve any of the issues or answer any of my questions. I’m so sad because I’ve always loved stopping here, but this will probably be the last time I come to this location.

Made a takeout order online. Upon arriving they said half the stuff we ordered was out of stock, so they asked what could be replaced.
The most important thing we ordered was chicken noodle soup for my husband. They didn't indicate that they were out of it, so I assumed it would be in my takeout bag. Upon arriving home. There was no soup in my bag.
So I called to see if they still have chicken noodle soup. They did.
If what I'm assuming is correct and they were trying to rectify a price difference for an item that they were out of stock being replaced by something else. That is terrible service. 1. I'm the one inconvenienced by your website being false, and 2. You should have called as soon as I placed the order to inform me of the missing items and issued a refund rather than waiting for me to get there.
People order takeout online so that it is convenient and fast. But this was 100% inconvenient and not fast.
I might as well have ordered from the Riverwoods location in Provo. I probably would've gotten my whole order, and been able to eat sooner.
