"hot n ready" was cold and old. Waited forever just for some bread sticks that were undercooked. Terrible, but I'm not sure what I expected, little caesars always sucks, every time I go I say I'll never go again. But here we are..

Probably the worst pizza I buy, but it's on my way home and cheap when I don't have time to cook. I swear it's new staff almost every time I go there. Employees are often at the back door (which is right in front of the drive through) with their backs turned and puffing smoke. Suspicious. Not the greatest quality pizza, but it's cheap and I think that's probably the only reason this place still exists.

We went with Little Caesars because we needed it fast. I walked in and ordered a single hot and ready pizza. They took my order and payment just fine, but then told the next person it would be a 20 minute wait. They didn't tell me that. So after waiting a long time I left without my pizza because we were in a hurry and had upset kids in the car. How can it be hot and ready if it takes 20 extra minutes?

The crew running lunch is pretty terrible. Food might be hot but that’s because it’s never ready. While waiting for food I watched 4 people walk in and be completely ignored by the staff in the store for 10 min. No acknowledgment no urgency just plain incompetence. The food is good just be ready to wait….a while for it.

The hired help is less than competent. They forgot they were supposed to put in pizzas for the hot and ready.
Had the app tell me my pizza was done. Showed up for pickup and they had sold my pizza. Was told to wait while they remade it. Again the app said it was ready. Went in to get it and was told they had no idea where my order was. Had them cancel for a refund and left.

All Little Caesars are not created equal. I've visited many a store, and this one is the best of them all. I don't know who is working there right now, but you're doing an awesome job! Every pizza we've ordered over the last several months has been beautiful and delicious.I definitely recommend ordering online- they seem to always be busy in the store.

Ordered on the app for a portal pick up so I didn’t half to drive across the parking lot when I got there the lobby was closed when I went through the drive through I never heard answer so I went to the window and saw someone inside the store near the window, but never came over. Eventually I had to go back through the drive-through after my pizza had been sitting for 30 minutes in store.
