Mountain Mike's Pizza

I called in a to-go order, was left on hold for 18 minutes determined to not use the app and give in to their data share. I ordered my food and they didn’t have 2 of the three items I requested and blamed it on corporate. The food was bland, and my money was only worth the experience knowing I will never go again. A large thin pepperoni pizza, 1 lb boneless and a garlic bread sticks “ absolutely the worst I have ever tasted” $53. The staff was unorganized and let down by their management.
I did see a sign for a buffet for $12ish so that might be the only reason to ever go here. Been looking for some good pizza since leaving the east coast and I like to learn by experience and this was one I will sadly never forget in my wildest nightmares involving pizza. Cucina Rustica food truck for proper pizza in Heber City!

I literally never leave bad reviews but this was a horrible experience!! We ordered on door dash five hours early for an order pick up at 7 pm and when 7 pm rolled around we waited until 8pm because door dash never said that the order was picked up. So when we called and asked they said a random lady came in and picked up the order and signed for it. Meaning they gave the pizza away without making the door dasher confirm the name and everything on the order. We then tried to re order the same pizza and were told that they were now out of the pizza and we couldn’t order and there was nothing they could do for us.

Some describe heaven as in the sky and beautiful. I describe heaven is mountain Mike’s. The servers angels, the service is beautiful. If the server was my mom and dad they would have never left us. This place is truly a gift from heaven. The service is impeccable. The servers are extremely nice. The pizza is so mouthwateringly delicious. If you meet the lady that served me my pizza you’ll know why this place is such a special place in my heart.

This is definitely the best pizza place, the workers are the kindest people I've ever met. If everyone in the world was like the lady that served me, there would be no government, No conflict, no wars, and no aggression. 100% the best pizza place.

This pizza is so so good! We love it! The atmosphere is so fun for my family and we have never been disappointed by the helpful polite service! We were so excited to visit this place and have been back multiple times for dine in and take out! Pizza was amazing, we LOVE their chicken options and the salad bar is my absolute favorite! Try it out! You won’t be disappointed!

So disappointed. I went to Mountain Mikes in Marina, CA in 1992. It was the most delicious, memorable pizza I’ve ever had so I was very excited when I discovered they had come to Texas. Now I’m wondering if I’ve been living with a false memory, or if entropy is just winning everywhere. This was the WORST pizza I’ve ever had. And I’m including CiCi’s and cold birthday party pizza in that statement. Almost no cheese, and the cheese that was there was very “fake cheesy” and super salty. The crust was gummy and hard to chew. Thanks for ruining pizza for me forever, “Mike.”

Let me preference this first by saying that the restaurant was understaffed. We only saw two people working on a Friday night. I would expect slower service under these circumstances but...

Our friends and us (4 total) ordered salads and pizzas for dinning in. The orders were placed at the same time. Two of our 10" pizzas arrived in about 25 minutes, which was acceptable under the conditions. However, we waited an 1 hour and didn't receive the last pizza. We asked about it after about 45 minutes and was told it was up next. Meanwhile, customers who arrived well after we did were receiving their orders.

We finally gave up and received a refund for the one pizza since we couldn't wait any longer. That was one hour and fifteen minutes after we had arrived.

The pizza were OK. I've had better and I've had worse. The salad bar was very good.

Definitely some organization issues. Asked for salad at the salad bar to be replenished, but it wasn't done during our visit. Pizza came quickly, but another table never got theirs. Pizza was ok, maybe 5 on a scale of 1-10. Unfortunately, no beer and wine, thanks to Utah's silly regulations. Might try it one more time.

We won't be coming back. When Mike's opened we ordered a pizza with extra onion. I got home to find no onion at all on the pizza. We decided to give them one more chance today and the experience was awful. I called immediately after ordering to confirm we could get sliced tomatoes cooked on our pie and was told "absolutely". The pizza came out 5 minutes after the 11:18 quote with cold tomatoes. I asked them to make a new one. The next pizza came out with the wrong tomatoes. The third pizza came out with cooked sliced tomatoes, but raw dough. I didn't find out until I got home so we ended up airfrying it to make it edible.

Our recent family visit to Mountain Mike's Pizza in Heber City, Utah, was nothing short of fantastic. The food was delicious, and the service was exceptional.

The restaurant was bustling, and while we did wait a bit longer than expected, it was understandable given the busy Saturday night over Labor Day weekend. During our visit, an older gentleman, who may have been the manager, expertly handled a particularly rude and demanding customer who was upset about the wait time. Even after the manager made the situation right, the customer remained rude, loud, and hostile.

It's important to note that while we also experienced a similar wait time, it never warrants speaking to and treating someone so poorly. The manager showed great restraint, care, and customer service throughout the ordeal. His professionalism was impressive, and we hope he receives a raise or the recognition he deserves for his outstanding work.

Mountain Mike's has earned our loyalty, and we'll definitely be returning for more great food and service!

I’ve been a fan of the store 400 feet from my home for 3 years. I’ve always ordered through the app with no problem, either delivery or pickup. In the last couple months I can’t order because my card doesn’t get approved no matter what card I use( the cards are fine ). As a result I can’t use my store credits $30 currently, or earn credits as I have to use DoorDash or calling orders in (which I have). WTF is going on with you guys?!

Julia was AMAZING! We brought our team here during our tournament and she took such great care of us. Restaurant was super clean and the food was delicious. Great place for a large group.
