We ordered delivery and we asked for a heads up text since our daughter was napping - Alan was awesome and let us know when he got to the house and was super friendly!

Service was severely lacking. Extremely slow, didn't get my order for over an hour, & people who ordered after I did got their food before me. They seemed to forgot to put my pizza in the oven until I asked when it would be ready. I would come here again if service vastly improved but for now, I will have to suggest people pass unless you have a lot of time to waste.

I for one will not be returning after spending 50 dollars for two medium pizzas that was brick solid and burnt.. I had to go get my kids something else to eat.. these made little Caesars look worth what I paid..

The manager and server were so nice and kind. The service was top notch.

The sizzling bacon classic was a great and the manager Julian was very nice.

Julija was very friendly and provided us great guest service.

My husband’s pizza was still raw dough on the inside. He asked them to remake it and they took it back and cooked the same pizza (with two pieces missing that he’d cut into to check for dough). By that point, the toppings and outer crust were rock hard. Clearly, oven temp was too hot or crust needed to be pre cooked before adding toppings. My gluten free pizza was okay, but obviously a much thinner crust (which wasn’t cooked either in some parts but at least mostly edible). We asked for a refund of the regular pizza since we didn’t eat it but employees didn’t seem to know how to process that. Still haven’t seen the refund come through but I guess we’ll see. We’ll never be back (no real heartbreak on our part because prices are ridiculous too).

Ordered take out, pizza and wings were ready when I got there. Salad wasn’t. Took them 30 minutes to make it. Pizza was basically microwaved by the time I got home. Pizza isn’t good enough or cheap enough to look past something like that unfortunately. Just go get dominos

Hit the spot! We love the pepperonis best! Fed the whole family and then some! We will be back.

When there twice for lunch and each time the pizza was excellent and the staff very friendly.

I called in a to-go order, was left on hold for 18 minutes determined to not use the app and give in to their data share. I ordered my food and they didn’t have 2 of the three items I requested and blamed it on corporate. The food was bland, and my money was only worth the experience knowing I will never go again. A large thin pepperoni pizza, 1 lb boneless and a garlic bread sticks “ absolutely the worst I have ever tasted” $53. The staff was unorganized and let down by their management.
I did see a sign for a buffet for $12ish so that might be the only reason to ever go here. Been looking for some good pizza since leaving the east coast and I like to learn by experience and this was one I will sadly never forget in my wildest nightmares involving pizza. Cucina Rustica food truck for proper pizza in Heber City!

I literally never leave bad reviews but this was a horrible experience!! We ordered on door dash five hours early for an order pick up at 7 pm and when 7 pm rolled around we waited until 8pm because door dash never said that the order was picked up. So when we called and asked they said a random lady came in and picked up the order and signed for it. Meaning they gave the pizza away without making the door dasher confirm the name and everything on the order. We then tried to re order the same pizza and were told that they were now out of the pizza and we couldn’t order and there was nothing they could do for us.

Some describe heaven as in the sky and beautiful. I describe heaven is mountain Mike’s. The servers angels, the service is beautiful. If the server was my mom and dad they would have never left us. This place is truly a gift from heaven. The service is impeccable. The servers are extremely nice. The pizza is so mouthwateringly delicious. If you meet the lady that served me my pizza you’ll know why this place is such a special place in my heart.
